When hag puts 5 traps around the hook and still camps.

Well is she supposed to just camp withotu setting up traps? That would be stupid^^

When a Hag uses an ebony mori and Insidious camps the basement but the survivor has Kindred 3.0
-
Were any Survivors chasing her to the hook or otherwise presenting themselves as targets?

When Hag has Make Your Choice and Mint Rag, so you just sandbag for points because you're not getting out alive.

It's only stupid if there weren't other Survivors around and the gates weren't close to being powered. I don't expect you to understand that, however.

I think the point was that trapping and then hard camping is redundant and silly.3

Now I normally play killer but when I'm survivor against a Hag I just know 100% what they are gonna do because it's so predictable. Traps on Gen check, Traps in loop areas check (sometimes not really most of the time its random areas) and finally traps all around any hooked survivor and guess what? THEY GONNA CAMP TOO!! Swear I hate playing against a Hag because how boring and predictable they are and the funniest thing about them too is they run some pretty meta perks that promote non-camp styles but whatever...
Like a few minutes ago I went against a camping Hag who had Nurses Calling, BBQ n Chili, Ruin, and Franklins. Now this Hag hooked one guy and instead of going anywhere else or patrolling... camped just trapped them up and camped.

One trap at the hook, maybe. No traps at gens. Every single safe loop on at least half of the map? You better believe it's trapped.
Make Your Choice, Monitor & Abuse, Nurse's, and one match-slowing perk of your choice. For the last one, I prefer Knock Out against solo queue or Sloppy Butcher against SWF. Some people like Ruin instead. For addons, an insect and an egg (range and duration).
If the hook trap goes off I may teleport, or I may not. Did MYC proc? Is the person I'm chasing about to go down? Do i have someone downed already? Is it more important to knock those other two survivors off that gen? Which way is the phantasm looking? Can I cut them off without teleporting and herd them into a trap I can ITH from?2 -

Those are just bad Hags.

Pretty good strats but yeah guess the majority of players that I've faced don't know how to play Hag or are just bad Hags all around.

I don't trap gens or hooks. I trap pathways to funnel survivors where I want, such as easily countered loops or windows.
Trapping gens is pointless. Most survivors will crouch at gens with a Hag, and almost never run by them during chases, and that's most often where you'll find people while hunting.
Trapping hooks is also pointless--you want to trap paths, so that their only safe running option narrows it down to catch people for Make Your Choice, or just in general. EG: You see an injured survivor running, you know the other survivor is still very close by, etc. And then you have your pick of who to get.
The more your traps are spread, the more they will surprise survivors when they're not always where they expect.

Hags require more thinking and strategy. If they make a mistake it can be more costly because of the lower speed and poorer line of sight (than a Hillbilly who can correct that same mistake in like 3 seconds, for instance). I think the bad Hags are just testing her out, working on an achievement or doing a daily ritual. I can't imagine somebody who can't figure her out using her for more than a few games.0

Am i wrong in saying that some of hags traps have collision? I seemed to rem reading about one of her addons that stated the phantasm will have collision box.
If so then they could be attempting to body block the hook with the traps and staying to make sure they die. They dont have to leave the hook you know. Its only the survs who say we have to.
