Where the hell are common map offerings
you can't find them in the bloodweb anymore the only ones i have are from survivors/killers i don't play

They were removed a long time ago from the bloodweb, but the ones people already have remained in their inventories.

They were irrelevant when compared to the current map offerings, that's why they were removed. It also had something to do with "cluttering the Blood-Web" or something like that...
They were removed around Early 2018

They got removed because they would be wasted if someone put up a better map offering, thus losing bloodpoints.
They were removed about three years ago.

I mean, removing and retiring them would still discontinue them so...
It really doesn't matter if they retired them or removed them (Which they did the latter.) From the info I could gather, the exact date is unknown unless you did through the patch notes... and hardly anyone cares that they were removed anyways.
