Undetectable Status Effect
The new status effect sounds amazing, and if it does what I think it does, then hallelujah. This effect makes those undetectable to perks like spinechill, object of obsession, premonition, and other detection perks. Does this mean it will be applied to Wraith, Pig in stealth, and Ghostface in stealth? And will these be applied this chapter?
Also, is insidious going to be using this status effect? You wont be able to see a certain leathery insidious boy in the basement?
Honestly I have so many questions

I don't believe it does anything against perks that don't rely on auras.

Oh okay, so spinechill and premonition are still functioning the same?

Actually, now I'm not sure because I don't know what "The Killer does not trigger the jumpscare sound effect." is referring to.

@rayoxium TAG is right I think. It says it protects from aura reveling perks, like OoO, but it doesn't say it protects from detection perks like Spinechill. It's still a great QoL change, but it isn't completely foolproof. Also it's stated in the post that only the new killer, The Demomgorgon, will have this status affect when Chapter 13 releases, and that other killers, like Wraith, Pig, and Ghostface, will gain it in future chapter/mid-chapter patches where appropriate.

@TAG Yeah, I have no idea what that is either. :/

Also, I think this status effect is a great way to create a clear definition of killer stealth, and to protect killers from stuff that essentially deletes their powers when they are supposed to be stealthed.
I do think Kindred should persist through this, though. And maaaaaybe Alert, since it relies on the killer performing an actual noisemaking action in order to trigger. But stuff like Object of Obsession should not be able to see through Ghostface or Wraith's stealth.

@Rydog I can understand that, Kindred helps people to know when a killer is camping, and that's good knowledge to have, but I'm not sure whether that's something a stealth killer should be able to do or not. I mean Pig is great at sneak attacking a survivor when they go to unhook, and it's a bit cheap, but I'm not sure if it's something that should be allowed or not, and Alert I think will mostly work the same anyway, because most killers are unstealthed when they kick pallets one way or the other, and if a killer is doing it in stealth with no Survivors around then it makes sense they would still be Undetected.

@LaughingFox Yeah, I think anti-facecamping perks should be at the top of the "visibility food chain," as it were. Maybe they could play around with aura colors -- like, Kindred's current pink aura persists through stealth, but maybe Object of Obsession or other killer-revealing perks show a purple or blue aura normally, and stealth hides that.
I really hope they redesign Insidious along with this status effect going live, too.

Yes. Those are meant to counter killer stealth, just like how Killer Insicit on killers works though things like Distriton as well.

BBQ, Bitter Murmur, Nurse’s... but if I want to run Object then the killer can see me indefinitely but you can’t see them? Like the way Freddy used to be with Object.. lol and I never 4 man. Object is just a guilty pleasure.

Side note: The other Killers have it now too.
also, sorry I hate OoO. If I find you in the Fog, I'll really try to remember not to be too mean about it.

To be completely honest it doesn’t bother me. The game can be frustrating but also very enjoyable. It’s going to change constantly and it’s never going to please everyone, that’s just the way it is.

Good attitude! I like you already. Have fun in the Fog!

Undetectable killers is detected by survivors with spine chill.. nice

at least it doesnt show you in neon orange anymore.

if undetectable make s detection perks like spine chill and premonition not work then the stealth killers would be over-powered

or think about it this way

noob killers would automaticlly have an advantage over noob survivors who dont know to look around
