I'm just gonna take a break.

it was a great game and i will always have fond memories.  i got far more than my money's worth.  it seems the main base (survivors-80% of the population essentially), only want games of the type that noob3 or whatever his name is has.  where they can bully and dominate killers.  i know, there is no shortage of super amazing killers sans video that won't have this problem but i am a somewhat casual player.  

also, i spent over 200 on cosmetics, so i really love the game.  i would have thought that such would have been sufficient to warrant an explanation as to why my forum account was deleted but instead such comments are deleted, while those who suggest i kill myself for not playing well still thrive here.  whatever...

best of luck to the devs.  i still consider this game to be amazing but i'm moving on.

play killer and let me know if you still regard that as "fun".

Thats nice that you play the hag which is now one of the top killers. She deserved it. I however like to play other killers. Why dont i play the hag? After having a high perspective so long seeing the hags view creeps me out and i do not like it, am not efficient with it and it almost gives me soemthing akin to vertigo. Its too low. Her view is on the ground like amanda, another killer i cant play due to her view.

I play trapper, bing bong boi, very rarely myers and LF but main the doc. Dont play nurse. Skillcap is too high and i dont want to learn. Dont play billy. I am stuck with the "inefficient" killers.

So its not all plain sailing for the rest of us just cos we choose to play killer.

the last Q&A stream just killed any motivation i had left to play this, since it showed me, once again, that the devs have no clue what balance is and that they will continue their nerf the killers and buff the survivors routine.
i stopped playing seriously a long time ago. most of the time, i just watched a stream and tried to get the streamers in my lobby to have some fun with them (and no, i'm not talking about stream sniping them, since i know them and i paused their streams when i played against them. it was a normal round, with the difference, that i knew the people i played against and could watch the round afterwards from their perspective. Also, they knew they were in my lobby, so they could have left if they didnt want to play against me.) or played to get daily challenges. i could take a lot of time to explain how things got like this, but i'm not. i'm just gonna say this: My hope for this game is dead and so is my motivation to keep playing. I will, however, come back, when i see some Youtubers (like Tyde or Tru3) talking about some huuuuge QoL changes / Buffs for killers. otherwise i'm just gonna stick with some BALANCED games, that actually make fun to play. like TF2.
I might look into DbD myself from time to time, get some daylies and see if anything changed, but i will definitely stop playing daily.
Maybe i'll see some of you guys in Deathgarden! (as long as the devs there dont do the same stupid mistakes like the DbD devs did (multiple times).)
Just one more thing: i am a huge DbD fan. i forgave you guys everything you did to us killers. i made fun of it, i never really stopped playing (until that one time where DS had its prime time, somewhere between the hag and the doctor release btw.) and i always had some hope left for this game. congratulations! you literally got me to the point where my (gigantic) love for this game cant keep up with the disappointment i have. you finally made it. after you continuously crushed my hope for balance, now you did it.i crossed the line where i cant even stand to think about playing this game. i hope you will finally realise what you did, when the majority of the old killer players (who didnt already leave) switch off to Deathgarden. Maybe. Probaply not though. Its kinda sad, that this great idea for a game had to be had by a dev team like you. people who give a huge ######### for one side of the community, but therefore spoon feed the other side.

i'ma gonna stop now. Farewell DbD! i will now experience what this so called "fun" is, that a game is supposed to bring you, so i will not see you in the fog!

Maybe play survivor. Or just play civilization? That's a great game. Mat played it on one of his vacations! He told the DbD community it's a great game so ye.
