New Idea For a Chapter: Beautiful Bloodshed
Chapter: Beautiful Bloodshed
Killer: The Queen
Overview: The Queen is an obsessed killer that likes to first observe it's prey and then goes for a vicious hunt which her victims have no chance of escaping. Her power, Mirror's Wrath, forces her to catch survivors quickly with ease and also allows her to create illusions that can impact the way survivors behave.
Her personal perks, Look At Me, Decaying Beauty and Bloody Mary, makes her a great threat to the survivors, which will do everything in their might to not be spotted by her.
Appearance: The Queen is a tall human wearing a red medieval dress. Her skin is pale and is all covered in cracks like a porcelain doll who had fallen violently on the floor. Her hair is deep black and long as her height. Her face is static and all covered in cracks that come from a huge hole where her left eye should be revealing only darkness inside her empty skull. Her right eye is white, just like from someone who died a long time ago and from it, tears of blood drops. Her lips are covered in a fresh red lipstick that gets blurred from the blood that constantly spills from her mouth.
M1: A huge mace with blades in it's edge shaped as a star.
Killer Power: Mirror's Wrath – The Queen inhabits the Mirror's Realm and starts the game in it. While in her realm, The Queen moves extremely fast and is invisible to survivors. However, she is unable to hit or grab survivors but can still pick survivors in the dying state.
Every map is divided by delimited areas, and either The Queen and the survivors can see the frontiers of each area that appear as glowing lines. Survivors gain an audio queue when The Queen enters the area they currently are. Each area has a dressing table, which is highlighted for The Queen when she enters the area. The Queen may interact with one of the mirrors on the dressing tables making her transcend to the physical realm. While in the physical realm, The Queen continues to move extremely fast but she has a timer of one minute and a half. If the timer expires, her physical body will fade and she will automatically return to the Mirror's Realm.
Her physical body is also limited to the area of which mirror she has used to transcend. If she chooses to leave the area, her movement speed will be reduced to a normal killer's and her timer will be reduced to 15 seconds which will recover back to normal when she enters her area again.
Survivors can interact with the dressing tables by picking a hand mirror that spawn within it. The hand mirror is a usable item with only one charge. If the survivor points the hand mirror to the direction of The Queen while she is looking at it, the killer will get blinded and stunned and the hand mirror will shatter. Survivors can also break the mirror on the dressing tables if they have a toolbox. Breaking the mirror will make The Queen unable to use that mirror to traverse to the physical realm. She can instantly repair the broken mirror, but her aura will be revealed to all survivors in the current area for a short period of time. The Queen can grab survivors that are interacting with the dressing tables whether or not she is in the physical realm.
The Queen can also use the dressing tables to spawn a phantom on the mirror's area. The phantom is a clone of The Queen that has her terror radius and also her red stain. The phantom will randomly walks in its current area and will start to chase a survivor when it spots one. However, it can not hit the survivors and will stop chasing them after some time. If the survivor uses the hand mirror on the phantom, it will scream and disappear, causing the survivors to have their auras revealed to The Queen and also giving them the exposed status effect. The Queen can also absorb the phantom while in the physical realm, which will cause her time to gain some extra seconds. Only one phantom can be spawned at a time, and trying to spawn more of them will cause the last one to disappear.
Perks:
Level 30: Look At Me – When looking directly at the killer, the survivors gain the exaustion status effect. This effect persists for 1/2/3 seconds after the survivor start looking away. This perk has a 30 seconds cooldown for each survivors.
“Don't try to ignore me. The consequences are going to make you wish you were never born.” - Mary Ann Blackwood III
Level 35: Decaying Beauty – For each injured survivor, your terror radius is reduced by 3/5/8 meters which are transferred to generators which gain 3/5/8 meters of terror radius by injured survivor.
“Am I beautiful?” - Mary Ann Blackwood III
Level 40: Bloody Mary – You become obsessed with a survivors. For each time you hit the obsession a token is received. Each token increases the rate at which you gain bloodlust by 5/7,5/10%.
“Blood is the natural essence of life. So I shall consume it all.” - Mary Ann Blackwood III
Lore: Mary Ann Blackwood III grew up as the only daughter of a once powerful duke owner of a great fief located on Wales. Some time after she was born, the land of her father started to face a crisis caused by the wrath of the peasants enraged with the huge taxes and the hard labor they were forced to go through.
The king of the country offered aid to the duke by sending soldiers to controls the masses. Mary's father accepted it with no hesitation and after the peasants were subjugated, the king presented his condition to the duke. Mary Ann had to marry the king's older son when she completes 15, if the duke refuses or Mary's beauty gets compromised and the prince rejects her, the king would kill the duke and his wife.
With that oath, Mary's mother raised Mary making her believe her beauty was the most important thing her life and the only thing that would make her life worth it. Mary would spend her days starring at the mirror and every mourning a new dress was delivered to her room.
On Mary's 15 years old birthday, she didn't received more clothes and make up as she used to, instead, she received a husband. A man thirty years older than she was with a dubious character and a disgusting face, that was her prince. However, Mary was happy in the end, after all, that was the purpose of her life.
Years passed by, and Mary still continued to value her beauty above all things. So when wrinkles started to appear on her face and her husband became distant and started to screw around with other women, Mary started to believed that her beauty was fading with her age. She was obsessed, not because she liked the attention her husband used to gave her, but because she just wanted to be the most beautiful women in the world.
Falling in despair, Mary researched ways to make her look young once again. Then, she heard legends of witches who used to consume human life to become immortal. Mary then decided that killing was a low price to pay for her beauty.
Every day, Mary would lure one of her maids to dark area of the castle and there she would slaughter them. She had many uses to the corpses. Sometimes, she would drink their blood, in other occasions, she would eat their organs raw, and once a week she would just hang the corpses on the ceiling and let the drops of fresh blood bathe her body. After everything was done, she would just throw the dead bodies on the river next to the castle.
It didn't lasted long before her husband noticed Mary Ann's strange behavior. When the truth became clear to the king, Mary acted quickly putting him into coma state with a medicine she knew.
With her husband out of the way, Mary would become the supreme Queen of the country, and now nobody was safe. Peasants, travelers, mothers, aristocrats and even little girls would become victims of Mary's obsession. No woman in the country was safe.
The terror and fear then became hatred that transformed in a revolution. No one was on Mary's side. She only noticed that even her loyal soldiers were against her, when the people got into her castle as no man tried to protect her.
Now the once queen of the country was behind iron bars waiting for her execution on the next day. Her last wish, was to have a huge mirror on her cage, which was granted. On the morning of the day of her death, two soldiers came to get Mary, but in the cage, there was no one. They entered the enclosure and when they looked at the mirror, they saw standing behind them the disturbing sight of what was once Mary Ann Blackwood III. Mary Ann was never found again, and the only thing left on her cage was a shattered mirror alongside with the broken bodied of the soldiers.

Lore: Being born as the only daughter of the owners of one the most important banks in England was not easy as it seems. Even though Elizabeth always had everything she wanted, a lot of expectations were set upon her.
Her parents always said that she would be next president of the company. However, her mind was somewhere else. Playing the piano was her passion. Her father never saw this as a problem at first thinking that it was just a hobby, but her mother would always tell her that she needed to focus on something more important.
When the time to go to college finally came, her parents were disappointed by her choice of the music course. They stated that it would have no benefits for her, but she ignored them. Day after day her parents would wish that she changed her mind, but when the graduation day came they realized it was no use.
As a way to show her that her career as a musician was hopeless, they left her to live by herself as soon as she got some work. Breaking their expectations, she menage to become extremely successful, not only by playing the piano, but also becoming an excellent violinist and mastering other instruments too.
Her shows and composed songs made instrumental music become somewhat popular, and as she became more well-known her parents started to regret their old decisions. Someday day decided to go to one of her concerts. In the theater, Elizabeth brought tears to her parents eyes as well as her own eyes to as she finally could see them accepting her dream.
However, the incompetence between the crew of the theater lead to one of the metal rafters on the ceiling to fall directly on the lady on the piano. Seconds before Elizabeth was hit by the falling structure, a dark fog covered her and she disappeared on thin air. Her body was never found in the ruins of the stage.
On her funeral, the loudest cries were from Elizabeth's parents. Tears of joy that now were of grief are now dropping by the regret of not enjoying the time they had with their only daughter. After the ceremony, a music box was left on the side of the gravestone. A symbol of a musician who could not be appreciated by those who she most loved.

For her ability it just feels like an overly complicated wraith. You move fast while invisible, can't attack survivors and can't see survivors. The difference for me is that your killer can only stay physical for 1 min and 30 seconds which is a very short amount of time. She can't only leave this realm by mirrors which survivors can destroy. I think the phantom is cool but not worth the frustration this killer brings with it.
Look At Me: It's good. It won't be meta since the blindness status effect isn't that good but in certain builds this could be really good.
Decaying Beauty: I think this is very strong. I like the idea but the amount it takes off is way too much. 2/3/4 is a lot fairer in my opinion.
Bloody Mary: I like the idea about the perk. Think you need a maximum amount of tokens you can earn. Don't think it should be more than 5 tokens.
Don't Hug Me: Btw you have this and Only Child drown as level 35 unlock. I've always wanted faster vaulting perks so this suits me well. However you have the range in the wrong order. Why would I want it to only work when within 16m of a survivor when at tier 1 its 32m.
Only Child: I think it's a bit much to get either a key or a toolbox from a chest. I'd say just choose one since it's already really good.
Musicians Ears: Could be very good for new players but at higher ranks it won't do much. Also it shouldn't work against killer with the undetectable status effect.
Some really good ideas here mate, especially in the perks. Hope I gave helpful feedback

As for her power, I didn't said she couldn't see survivors in the Mirror's Realm. She can see them, but can't harm them.
I put a time limit to her physical body since I imagine she would move extremely fast, just like The Legion while in frenzy. So to leave her with a bit of counter play, I added some debuffs to her power. Naturally a killer that moves fast by itself is very strong and counters almost every possibility of looping, so it makes sense that survivors at least gets a bit of counterplay against her. If she becomes too weak, then her speed can be buffed or the areas of the mirror can become bigger. I didn't stated many specific numbers on the description of her power for that reason, since it can change drastically the way you see The Queen.
As for Don't Hug Me, I'm Scared, the way it works is that it only activates when you are a certain distance away from any other survivor. So by reducing the range, it makes so that the perk gets more usage.
Thanks for your feedback!

Apologies I misread the not seeing survivors part. If she has an increased speed I think it's just fair to call it 120% since any higher is a bit much.

Was this based on the Bloody Queen in IdentityV?

You're not scared until you start hearing *angery british noises.*

This all sounds pretty amazing, and I think there is always room for improvement, so there is always something you can make better, for me, I th think that Only Child needs to be changed up a bit, because of the high chance of getting a toolbox seems pretty op if used right. At least make the chance below 60%, so its not gonna be the best survivor perk in this game. And the only counter to this survivor perk would be a perk similar to Franklin's Demise, which is really difficult for people who don't have the requirements for the perk, making it a little overpowered for baby killers and such.

And, FYI, I started within the last few months

Actually no, she was inspired by the legend of The Bloody Mary. I don't even play identity V.

I've changed the porcentage a little but. But don't get too attached to numbers, I don't understood too much about how OP it would be and just put the percentage that made sense for me. So if you have any problem with the balance of the perks just comment.
Thanks for the feedback.
