Thoughts on cross-platform?

I personally like the idea, more players, shorter queue times(hopefully), only downside I could see is the devs might have to dedicate more time to close the gap between console and pc (i.e. Making the bugs on console and pc not differ heavily)

I think it would be a great thing, also it would mean I could bully console killers by 360'ing them into oblivion because they aren't using a mouse and keyboard 😁

I don't mind it but PC seems like they have an inherent advantage over console players in crossplay matches. Will probably set up interesting matches to say the least...

I would rather not have to play against pc players on console mainly due to the fact that survivors on pc can turn ridiculously fast and us console peasants only have a finite amount of sensitivity with the camera than on pc. Besides for me getting matched with players is not to bad at most i have to wait 2 minutes as a survivor while killer it takes me about 30 seconds.

There was a time before the clown came to the game where i would have appreciated crossplay. Now theres just too much of a difference.

Theres no mouse/keyboard available on console, turning with a controller is not as sensitive as that.

    No capped fps for console

The connection would be horrible (ppl playing on wifi) and dont get me started on dedicated severs im afraid of them coming to console.

PC exclusive cosmetics (Left4Dead shirts,Streamer Codes, Twitch shirts, Legacy)

    No communication (pre/endgame chat).

And overall i have the feeling the players are far more experienced when it comes to specific killers (no nurse on console, baby billies) that leads me to the conclusion that you'll face a much higher DC rate that you already have with the player base right now.

I think their are a lot of pros to it, but I agree that pc players have more of an advantage with movement. I think if they raised the sensitivity options for console it might work better.

I'd be down for crossplay. I have the game on PC, PS4, and Switch. I don't notice much of a difference between the skill levels. Other than Switch being laggy, janky, and uhhh...low frame rates that seem to drop below 10fps. But that's a different matter. lol Switch can chill with the mobile version that's supposed to come out at some point!

Not until the game is properly optimised

I agree, cross-console would be great because I could play with my friends, but once you add PC to cross platform list, the game is more irritating then fun for console players.

I forgot mobile was a thing tbh, oml im imagining cross play between pc, console, and mobile LOL. that'd be some legendary games ngl. why did they make mobile was there even a demand for it?

Cross platform play, and cross platform SAVES, please!

I don't think the control difference will hinder console killers that much tbh. I've already learned that the massive FPS drop gives good survivors a free escape when I swing, so I plan for it.
