Where they nerf stronger perks/killers, but rarely buff weaker perks/killers.
Either through active nerfs or Soft nerfs perks and killers have been getting treated bad. They have started to address this far too late.

Toxicity.

The toxic players, both from survivors and killers. As a survivor, I try to play the game and not t-bag, but I see other players doing it all the time to the killer. And as a killer, it is done to me all the time. Found the first survivor, who dropped the first pallet? T-bag. Why? Also hates messages from both sides if things are not going their way. Sometimes this game is a blast, other times it frustrating to have to deal with these things so many times.

Camping killers. It just ruin the game for me and make me question myself why do I still play when it is that boring and it is getting worse and worse

also the fact that every good add on, perk/killer gets nerfed all the time, even though some of the nerfs are well deserved, yes. but the weak stuff stays weak and never gets buffed. so, on high ranks we only see the same 3 killers and everyone is using the same 4 perks because nothing else is worth using

The devs thinking they know what's best for the game. They should listen to the people who have 4-6k hours on the game and have been here since the beginning and not the average Joe who has around 200-500 hours.

Lagging out while struggling or having teammates that lag out while struggling. Really dumb game mechanic that probably 95% hate, but it stays in due to reasons.
There are other things that can be improved, but that one is such a no-brainer that it boggles my mind that it's still in the game.

Excessively desperate and sweaty players especially when they have equipped the most boring load out and the match has already had a suicide or DC.
Anything other than a 4v1 at 5 gens is just skewing the game into the killers favour.
I also hate GhostFace, I was ok with him about a month ago but his break out of stealth is so broken, plus they always seem to play dirty.

Honestly I rarely struggle for more then 5 to 20 seconds unless with friends. Solo is points I rarely get grabbed unless its immediately. My controller is not worth it.

The toxic side of the community. This community can be awesome, and admittedly I have had more wholesome players than toxic, but holy ######### the toxic people are so far beyond the normal levels of toxic that I sometimes feel that they should step away from the game and go seek actual medical help because they are not in a stable frame of mind. Also people who DC.

The community. The worst in any game I've ever played.
Look at all these annoying YouTube wallies who make videos along the lines of 'salty players DC megalolz! U mad bro?' and then their fanbase laps it up. This sort of attitude seems to be encouraged. It's just so pathetic.
To be perfectly honest I may call it a (dead by) day(light) after I'm done with the current Rift pass. This game is just too frustrating and I find myself just not having fun anymore. It's all about getting points to unlock pointless bits and bobs that I'm never going to use and don't improve the gameplay experience.
I will always love horror, but the glory days of Friday 13th are gone. Even though I've been playing DBD since 2017, it is not a perfect substitute.
There is a main reason I may retire though: this game takes up far too much of my time. Far too many hours where I could but more importantly should be doing other things.

Sounds being a gamble if they work, frame rate hardly being above 40 on even good PCs, the hit boxes have never been fixed, dedicated servers are so bad, they have never fixed how fast gens get done, some perks have not been touched but are super weak, events are too far between, the later archives are too hard.

The fact that they refuse to buff weaker killers meaning less options at high rank killer and less variety as survivor
I wish they would at least come out and say "No legion will always be ######### as punishment for them being OP"

The community i think is actually pretty good on the killer side and high rank non swf survivor side. I never got a GGWP from a survivor until red ranks. Right before rank reset i was "playing" a lot of killer and had to drop multiple survivors off at the exit because they wanted me to kill them after farming. I also had one swf t bag and send me hate mail for not killing any of them and only getting one hook each.....sure
I played like 8 games of survivor after rank reset and won 7. The only game i lost was when a wraith got to me and then just face camped me banging on his bell. To counter that though a legion killed me at the last second while i was trying to open the exit gate with NOED. Then i kobed off the hook unexpectedly and he caught me, but let me wiggle free at the exit gate. In those other games my teammates were super toxic to every single killer we beat. The worst was a game against a nurse that obviously got no kills (im on xbox) and like every game against nurses they just clowned her the whole game.

The frame rate on PS4. I have to restart the game every three to four matches just for it to be playable. I also can't use the new hag skin at all that I bought because it totally kills FPS even if it's the first game of the day I play.
