What do you expect to accomplish? Nothing changed for Nurse after the PTB besides making it worst.

Am I correct in the change to her out of phase that the purpose is to shorten the window to use her longest lunge therefore stopping you from lunging last second for a huge speed boost? So you have to dedicate your lunge earlier ?
