Now that we got the nerfs out of the way...
It's about time we buff some of the weaker killers. All of the strong killers seem to be in a good spot now I think, and we need to bring more killers to their level.
I'll throw out some ideas here. Feel free to share some of your own.
Trapper
First, let him carry up to 3 traps at base. He can still start with one, but only being able to carry one at a time really cripples him. Also, escaping bear traps shouldn't be luck-based. I'm thinking you have to succeed 3 DS-style skill checks in a row. If you miss one, you get deep wounds and each one you miss after that lowers your timer. This has the benefit of synergizing with the Trapper's perk, Unnerving Presence (and potentially Agitation with it).
Slippery Meat would then make the skill checks easier and reduce the deep wounds penalty.
Wraith
I think his power is in an okay spot, but it could use some tweaks here and there like a bit more movement and action speed while cloaked.
Doctor
Right now you pretty much need to use Moldly Electrode (brown add-on), which is silly. Make that base and reduce the delay between the shock and when survivors actually get hit, as they get enough warning already.
Bubba
I don't know how to fix this guy, tbh. He should be getting better add-ons soon, so that's good.
Pig
Bear traps should be less luck-based and be more of a game. After completing your first box, two of the box auras will turn yellow for 5 or so seconds. One of them will have the key. Add-ons that add boxes will also add a yellow box (up to 4 with 6 total boxes). Completing the wrong yellow box will reveal the remaining yellow boxes again for 5 seconds.
Also, Rules Set No 2's current effect could become base (meaning you won't see yellow auras either until a gen is completed) and its effect is changed to remove the yellow auras.
Amanda's Letter will by default only make 1 box yellow as there would only be 2 boxes, the one you complete first and the one with the key.
RBTs could also activate when the EGC starts from exit gates opening (not hatch closing, so it doesn't affect last survivor situations) in addition to generator completion. It's a bit silly that her primary power becomes useless after 5 gens are completed. To counter it, people can just 99% exit gates until they get their traps off. Of course, the Pig could just open a gate, but then people without hats can leave for free.
Clown
This guy needs a lot. Remove reloading and give him infinite bottles, I think. Decrease the reload time a bit, it's too punishing for such a weak power imo. Also, make the gas last longer. A lot longer. Like, plague infection time. That way he can have a tracking ability that he can use similarly to plague. And increase the hindered effect from a direct bottle hit to make it more rewarding.
Tattoo's Middle Finger should also be changed to not be useless.
Legion
Not sure how to fix them without them being annoying. Their power was a disappointment from the beginning.
Ghostface
Actually a good killer, but not when you use his power as intended. Stalking is not worth it right now, and they should change that.
Edit: Added Wraith and changed some ideas. Thanks for the feedback, everyone!

If clown had infinite bottles, that's drastic change for a killer, even with your followup of decreased hindrance effect.
Concerning Ghost Face, I can tell you watch tru3 if you think stalking isn't good.

I would definitely like that change for the Trapper. I also think they should put his bear traps in the lockers like a Huntress. Imagine if as Huntress you had to walk all around the map pulling her hatchets out of random logs or something. That would seem pretty silly but somehow it makes sense for the Trapper.

Bubba can be better if they increase his movement while chainsawing and his charging movement speed, all they need to make Ghostface better is make it consistent.
Pig's traps are not rng as the boxes are actually filled with keys, mentioned in a livestream, also her reverse bear traps are what it's called.
Clown does not need infinite bottles, increase the range and give him not as huge a penalty for throwing bottles.
Legion? No idea how to fix them.
I do agree with Trapper but it'd make more sense if he has 2.

You have no way of knowing which box it is, so it is effectively random. You could find the key after 1 box or you could find it after 4 boxes. I know what reverse bear traps are called, but my main concern is with the boxes.

I agree that infinite bottles is a bit much, but his reload really hurts him. Perhaps they could just shorten it.
Also, I was doing way better with Ghostface without stalking than I was with stalking. Do you actually get stalks consistently, and do you perform better with that than just hitting everyone and using Nurse's and stealth to down them?

No reloading and infinite bottles? Is... is that a joke? 😂

Are you saying you should know what box which would remove you RBT? Basically make it like Freddy to where the box farthest away is the one that gets your helmet off?

Buff clown pls volvo
- Remove slow penalty on clown
- Gas also slow window/pallet vaults
- Gas also affect gens (Similar to plague infection but longer duration) and any survivor touch that gens will affect visual blur and slow repair/hard checkskill
- Give more visual blur and slow movement speed if they stay gas too much
If he can't have map pressure then make him best anti-loop killer than freddy

You won't know exactly which box has the key, you just get a hint as to which boxes could contain the key. And you don't get that hint until you complete the first box, which will never have a key.
That way, it won't be the first box you search, but it won't be the last one either unless you forget which auras turned yellow and get unlucky.

Well, how would you buff the killer who is arguably the weakest in the game?

I don’t agree with most of the criticism he gets though. I’ve gone against plenty of great Clown killers and I also do well as him myself. His ability to stop loops with his tonics is powerful. I honestly don’t get why so many people think he’s a lower tier killer...

To buff Clown i would say give him the ability to 'mark' 5 lockers that he can teleport to like Demo, he enters one marked locker and can teleport to another marked locker. There will be a loud laugh while he is teleporting to it.
For Bubba i would say he keeps swinging his chainsaw even when he breaks the pallet. He would still have no map pressure but this would make him very good at chases.

His chase potential is pretty much all he has, which isn't enough for creating good map pressure. He has no mobility options (a very important aspect of killers, which is a reason why Nurse, Billy, Spirit, Freddy, and Hag are good killers), tracking (even with chase potential and tracking though, the killer can still be lackluster. A good example of this is the Doctor.), or stealth.
And the power can be countered by dropping pallets earlier. Brutal Strength can compensate for this, but with his lack of pressure a good team could still get 5 gens done way before all of the pallets are destroyed.

Actually, yes. There are many trials where I wouldn't have gotten that easy victory without marking survivors. Ghost Face is a killer that survivors need to flex their map awareness for. It just really depends on the decisions of the player to choose a great stalk point to catch them off guard. Marking I've learned, seems to apply pressure as it can stress a player out to look for you while blindly running in a direction if you don't go for the mark and ambush strat. That way, they could most of the time hand you the easy down, given your distance and approach.

One thing. Infinite bottles on clown would literally require no strategic skill.

Literally loved everyone, but Pig. Every time someone says RSN2 should be base makes me cringe realizing how little they know of Pig. Wanting to add a power that literally suggest doing the opposite of what her entire RBT stands for confuses me.
Really at this point all I want fixed for her is Crouch Speed comparison to Ghostface crouch speed, Addon Rework, Ambush Dash to apply Exposed, and finally the Roar on her Ambush attack to happen at the end of the charge or on a successful hit.

Give Trapper 2 traps at all times and increase his speed slightly (grey add-on) and remove RNG trap escape and we're good.
Clown would be so terribly annoying to face like that.
What about wraith?

Fair enough. Still, his reload seems way too punishing for such a weak power.
Tbh I just added the rules set no 2 thing because a lot of people seemed to want it. Would you care to elaborate on how that detracts from the idea behind the power?
I agree that she could use better add-ons, but her ambush is pretty decent as is, so while it could use a little buff I'm not sure about the changes you suggested. Applying all of those changes would be overkill, unless you mean Exposed works with ambush like it used to, in which case I agree with that. Also, GF crouch on Pig would mean pretty much free hits with "ambush" mid-chase.
You mean movement speed? That would be way too OP for a grey add-on or even an ultra rare add-on. Movement speed is carefully balanced and changing even slightly makes a huge difference.
Yeah I'll remove the infinite reload, I was just throwing ideas out there. Like bottles. :P
Wraith... I kinda forgot about him. I originally was gonna skip him along with Bubba and Legion because I'm not too sure how to fix him. I guess increase his speed while cloaked some more and maybe some extra action speed while cloaked as well. His power is in a good spot I think, just needs a few tweaks to the numbers.

His farts can boost him across the map leaving a toxic cloud trail behind.

Is he running at insane speeds with his belly at max jigglage, or is he flying through the air like a rocket with his limbs flapping behind him?

I don't see why it couldn't be both.

The primary role of RBT is to stall for time aka get people to take trap off instead of doing gens. Each jigsaw box has a combined total of 12 seconds plus X for Travel Time. I include great skill check into travel time due to how complicated it can become due to RNG. Survivors have 2 minutes and 30 seconds to do this if it's active. This encourages people to remove the RBT before the gen pops (does not always happen instead will do the opposite and hope for the best) or leave gens at 99%. This helps your emblem for Gatekeeper as well since you want gens to last for at minimum 9 minutes as best you can.
This how roughly how I works without RSN2.
With RSN2 it goes from a stall tactic to finish gen normally and search for boxes. It comes down the same in theory except without RSN2 you have the possibility of actually stalling people from the gen longer. Just that choice alone is incredibly powerful for what she can do.
Also with RSN2 Pig becomes incredibly efficient at stalling for time at low ranks even more so then usual. Low Rank players freak out with RBT on their heads and need it off ASAP. Imagine a solo group all trapped and instead of doing gens are now searching for boxes with a unknown location. This turns the game into a guaranteed 4k at low ranks and into a unfair situation for the survivor.
Just wanted exposed with the Ambush because I feel cheated a lot when I can't get them down with Devour Hope or Haunted Grounds, but they still know it affects them. Just unfair imho to be able to land this attack which is stacked against you in the first place and be robbed of a down because you decided to ambush.
Ya I really really want her addons checked out
The dash roar imho just pops up too soon since it effectively gives the entire charge bar plus travel time for a survivor to react. I feel the immediate return of Terror Radius *wish I could underline how powerful that is for information alone* and the red stain along with the Pig running at you is personally more then enough information.
As for the crouch speed. Pig stops moving at about 40% to 45% power bar charge. So While it could be effective or possibly abused for open areas I.E rotten fields corn overall it wouldn't do anything other than improve the QoL and allow another addon change. Usually in open areas you'll get a hit or two regardless of killer anyways. QoL plus Mindgame potential is literally all I want it for.

Because he has no map pressure and he also has no power if you just drop the pallets earlier. If this doesn't scream "low tier killer" then I don't know what it does.

No, no, sorry; I meant his setting speed!

Sure, I like buffs.
They shake things up and OP stuff usually doesn't stick around for long cause complaint-galore. 😊

Stopped reading after your terrible piggy suggestions.

Keep dreaming, they're just going to keep nerfing bad killers until everyone stops playing. them. There are already so many killers I never see because of how trash they are, and it's sad Spirit will be joining them. I can't even remember the last time I saw a Leatherface.

For Wraith, please make him completely invisible when cloaked.
For Legion, please BHVR, make him good while retaining his navigation and agility. That's one of the biggest reasons I LOVE this killer, so please don't let me and the rest of the Legion fanclub down (ya know all 4 of us. We sometimes cosplay as each member of the gang... Gets awkward sometimes since we have three guys who fight each other to play Susie.)

All it does is guarantee that the key won't be on the first or last box. What's wrong with that?
And how would you change her? I'm sure I haven't played as much pig as you, so I'd like to hear your perspective.

The real magic trick would be him managing to fit inside a locker.
