I am sure I am not the only survivor who has died just because I had to go around the entire map just to not have enough time to take the reverse bear trap off my head. It has happened one too many times for me to give this feedback.

2 mins and 30 seconds is the time given, i can take it off within 50 seconds or earlier

I'm sorry but if you have problems with pig I'm assuming you are not too good at the game so here is advise from me:
That's not the fault of the game design. I'm sorry to say it, but that's either you playing badly, or your teammates screwing you over by popping generators too soon, or a combination of both. Reverse Bear Traps are meant to slow the game down, not get kills. It's very rare for someone to actually die to one.
If you're consistently dying to RBTs, you're doing something wrong.

The Pig starts the match dead on the ground. You are free to do gens and escape.

Now-now, that's too extreme. Something like that: pig starts with a trap on her head. Each time a gen is powered, the trap activates and she has to find a key in one of the boxes, or die in 2:30 seconds. That should be fair enough.
Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
