changing DISSCORDANCE.
is actually very simple, at the moment disscordance (legion´s perk) is better at tier 1 than tier 3 because it gives you sound more often so i think you should change it give more sounds at level 3 and less at level 1, disscordance at level 3 has no sense. is the only perk that actually having it at tier 1 is better than tier 3 and the reason why i have it at tier 1 in my p3 killers always dodging upgrading it in the bloodweb because would be a downgrade and forever. would be a nice change.

I completely agree, leveling discordance makes the perk worse, which should never happen.

Why not give the option to use perks at lower level if you choose? Discordance is a big one but Sometimes I’d rather use rank 1 whispers, primarily on piggy

I was forced to upgrade discordance because the entity wasn’t awakened yet :(

not to be a butt but Monitor and Abuse is also very useful at rank one only adding 3 degrees to fov for a even 90 while giving you the change in terror radius of +/- 8 meters.
It isnt noticeable enough to become a crutch like how some killers have to use shadowborn or they will get head-aches or have a terrible time without it.

This is quite a big change to the game I guess. causing bugs and stuff ;) I would just invert the numbers or add a decreasing cooldown to the perk. Such a change you suggest would only benefit Discordance, I think there is no other perk that would make use of it, so a totally redundant engine change to fix a single perk

I've always thought this was the dumbest flaw in the game because unlike most other things, it would be extremely simple to fix lol
Not the biggest deal in the world imo but....why not just fix it? Or better yet let us use different level of perks

I seriously doubt that's the mentality they carry. I mean i don't know why something so simple and dumb would be ignored but i don't think the devs are purposefully leaving it in because of.....spite? Only the players are that petty lol

Beneath all the strange stuff that happens in this game... Don't blame them for not fixing something "so easy to fix". Actually you have no idea how easy it is to fix cuz you don't know what's behind it. And the decision what they fix is not based on the easiness to fix but the 3 variables threat to the game, amount of occurrence and time to fix. In this case, the first variable seems quite minor to me. There are definitely other "bugs" they need to adress before

Yes,they should probably reverse the Tiering on it and make it less grating - the constant noise notification can get annoying.

Mclean on one of his streams said that they were aware that Discordance 1 and 3 were the wrong way round. So at least they have acknowledged it.
