Its a mixed vote for me because somethings they did good and other things they did bad or ok.

Yeah. He got a movement speed buff to 5.2 while in Frenzy from 5.0
His vault speeds also got increased.
The time to mend was decreased.
Perks like STBFL and Sloppy Butcher no longer work on Frenzy hits.

I think demogorgon is ok at the moment besides it's rare to play against that killer. I haven't seen that killer yet.
As for the ptb it's just a test it doesn't mean it will get a nerf or a buff.

They removed the ability to see teammate's ranks in lobby when literally nobody was complaining about it...so no.

Art team does amazing as always
The Oni's perks are kind of odd. Nemesis is his best one, Blood Echo is a worse Sloppy, and Window or Opportunity 2.0 seems ill fitting for a HARD difficulty killer.
Yui's perks... What were they thinking?
Balance concerning Legion is a whole lot of balance changes that aren't being paid attention to. His nerf was undeeded, but now Legion 1.0 might make a come back because bE didn't realize that Legion works with Deep Wounds... Deep Wounds lowers when out of TR... Oblivious and Undetectable mean no TR.
