Why are survivors always so salty when they lose? I assume it is because they all suck.

Just wondering. Been playing a lot the last month or so and all I get are whines and cries from survivors when I 3 kill and 4 kill. Seems like a painful community to be associated with.

It's because they're under the delusion that they're the power role, or that the Killer is somehow supposed to cater to their whims, despite this being a PvP game.

It's not only survivors that's how people are some will complain some won't. It will never change if you're expecting that.

Not all survivors are salty when they lose. I actually like when I go up against a great killer, it makes the game more fun. I personally think people take the game so serious at time. Now I am not going to say I do not get irritated when playing survivor or killer because I do at times. However I end up just taking a break because it is a game at the end of the day.

They know how OP survivors are, so it hurts even more when you lose

You just don’t remember when someone DOESN'T complain.

I used to think it was just a vocal minority, but I have to say it pretty widespread and has possibly crossed into the majority, based on my experience as both killer and survivor.

Still, not all survivors do that, so playing the "all survivors", "us vs them" game just adds to the problem of toxicity.  It just leads to abusing the next game because you were abused, and the vicious cycle of spreading toxicity continues.
