Too Many Teachable Perks
I feel like the amount of teachable perks will eventually out number the base perks (Perks that are not teachable), and I feel like that is bad design. It would make more sense to have the 3 teachable perks for survivors and killers and have 2 perks that are not teachable, 1 for survivor and 1 for killer. It would add a bit more variety instead of the same old recipe (Spend thousands of bloodpoints to get the killer/survivor to level 40 only to have to spend thousands more to get the perks to be taught to the others).
Adding 1 more perk for survivors and killers that isn't a teachable will add a bit more variety to this stale system.

Or they could make the shrine to have more perks and to be more affordable.
Especially since skins are now out and probably make way more money than DLCs.2 -
The worst thing about the teachable perks is that there's three levels of each perk you need to find and the first two levels of each perk is generally too garbage to even bother with. Just make all perks be maxed when you get them and a lot of the "too many perks" feeling would go away.
