Buff Diversion Already

Seriously why is this thing attached to TR with such a long wait time? Diversion should either be a 45 second cooldown perk or a TR dependent perk that has a charge of 20 seconds. It would also be nice if the perk actually hit walls instead of just phasing through them, because it makes using the perk in the basement or any elevated area useless.

    Interesting perk. But 45 seconds is really a lot. If at least 30 seconds, then I would include it in the build, but for now I’d better take the decisive strike and so on.
