So when nerfing the Nurse one of the questions was why BHVR didn't simply increase the fatigue time. The answer is that the fatigue animation makes some people nauseous and so they don't want a long fatigue time to make that worse, hence the cooldown.
Meanwhile Legion gets a 4 second fatigue. That's longer than the cooldown for Nurse's blinks with addons.

Maybe the animation for Legion's fatigue is different, so it doesn't have the same effect? I haven't played either killer enough to know for sure.

Legion isn't forced to use their power all the time.

The nurses fatigue has the head bob.. so your screen moves as if you're actually doing that..... legion doesnt so they dont put off the same affect.

Hope you guys are researching nurse..theres a lot of posts about her and I know many would love to know what's going on in your guys' minds...I feel she wasnt left in a good state

I’ve seen maybe 4 Nurses on PC since the changes, all were 0K except one where she camped hard at the end to get 1.

Only people playing Nurse now are the die hard Nurse mains. They still want to make Nurse work, and for the most part they do. The changes made Nurse a lot less beginner friendly, even more than she was already, which turned a lot of people who weren't die hard Nurse mains.

A friend of mine in green ranks played against five yesterday. All running the matchbox addon (4.6m/s after a blink). It's a sad thing that Nurses rather become normal M1 killers than blink to catch survivors.

I mean, I mained Nurse back in 2017 (I didn’t play from 2018-October 2019). I have entirely dropped the character. Is she still effective? Absolutely, I can 4k with her without add ons still. Is it still fun to play her? Not at all, it’s punishing and stressful now without add ons and half her draw for me was not needing add ons to be effective or fun.

I was a diehard Nurse main. You know how I handled the changes? I uninstalled. She is so vastly different and unfun from how she used to be why should I play?
The game absolutely punishes you for using weak killers against strong survivors and you get bullied. Pretty much the only answer to that was Nurse, and she required skill to be effective. Now she requires skill just to not ######### yourself over and ruin the chase you're in because 99% blink, or the god damn stupid run in a straight line for 5 minutes counter.
She's unfun, not good, and almost entirely negative feedback throughout the match.
So no, only the ABSOLUTE most diehard Nurse players are still using her. I hope most of the old Nurses are like me and gave up on this game. When she's changed into a much better version than she is now I might come back, but I don't play games to get bullied by an unbalanced power dynamic.

No, you played to bully others with that same dynamic, by using the one killer who was two tiers above even the best alternatives. She's still the strongest killer in the game, but now that she has to wait 1.5ish seconds after her fatigue ends before she can continue on with her double blinks. What a travesty, that she has been brought so low.
I'm honestly amazed at the gall people have, complaining that the nurse needs to be buffed for them to want to play. Like, how would pitching that idea even go? "Yeah guys, I've seen a lot of complaints from all the poor nurses on the forums. It got me thinking, why not buff nurse? Don't worry about half the roster being in C-tier or worse - only people who want to lose would pick wraith, bubba, clown, trapper, legion, doctor, pig, or Myers (thanks to dedicated servers borking up stalking). The nurse is the one who really needs our help"
C'mon man, if you don't want to play DbD then fine, that's cool. But don't say that nurse having to actually play the game is unbearable and not fun, you're still in a way better spot than everybody else =S

Hey, instead of assuming a ton of stuff and the being wrong about it, why don't you just rephrase your entire post?
Because firstly I don't think she needs to be buffed, just the change reverted. They said they wanted to address bad addons and make the strong ones weaker. All they did was make most of them weak as hell, and we still have addons that are USELESS AND CHANGE HER MUSCLE MEMORY. Literally just an excuse to force the butchering of her base kit.
Secondly, it is way more than "1.5 seconds to double blink again" That's if you save a blink, which is what the rework has encouraged. With this change a new double blink takes about as long to recharge as it does to run the distance it covers. Hence, why the biggest counter to her now is to just run across the map.
Thirdly, these changes effect more than just her double blink. She can't mind game now with her blinks because you get punished for using them like that. She lost map travel, and is literally the slowest killer in the game outside of her power. She is extra punished for when the game eats one of your blinks or an object blocks it for some reason, etc etc.
Fourthly, you imply that it takes no skill to get reward from spamming blinks, but I have posted in so many threads now how this is wrong, why it is wrong, and how it actually takes the opposite, skill, to effectively get rewarded for using her power.
Lastly, I have always been an advocate for buffing the low tier killers. I've made threads asking how to make interesting and unique changes or powers for basic m1 killers and the like.
The reason I quit DbD is because when Nurse is the only reliable killer at high elo that doesn't get her teeth kicked in when survivors decide they want to play sweaty and is then nerfed to not be able to deal with that while SWF death squads still get to bully killers left and right no matter the elo, yeah I'm gonna leave. She was the last bit of fun you could have as a killer and it wasn't even handed to you, you had to learn and use it right every time or you got punished for missing. Now you get punished for getting a hit and they have addons with rewards like disabling your power for LITERALLY NOTHING BUT WALK SPEED. Yeah, that ######### is stupid.

@Spooky13 I was a die hard nurse main and played without add ons etc. but the change made her so unfun so swapped to other killers... It's such a shame... Been trying to get developers to leave a comment about the nerf and if they will make any changes based off the data but there's been nothing but silence so far... And yet so many posts from both survivors and killers asking to leave her base kit alone

First, you want her to be made stronger than she is now. That is a buff. You can call it a revert if you want, but you're asking for nurse to get a buff.
Second, if you "blink-blink-swing" then your fatigue covers more than your first blink's recharge, so it "might" be 2 seconds to be back and ready to double-blink again, less if you use an addon. What was your point in saying that "running away from nurse" is the best way to actually run away from the nurse?
Third, it sucks when the game eats a blink, or gives a ghost chainsaw hit, or when you lunge off a structure and hit an invisible wall, or how you can't get a grab nowadays because of dedicated servers, but that's just how life is in DbD. Nurse having slower overall map coverage was an intended change, she's slow for a bloody reason. With instant access to all her blinks, she was zooming around the map faster than anyone but Billy and windstorm wraith, which is not how the "slowest" killer should work.
Fourth, your posts in other threads aren't something I'm going to see as I reply to what you said here. Nurse was, and is, the best killer. I didn't say a monkey with a keyboard could 4k, you just immediately took the opportunity to talk about how "skill-intensive" and "challenging" it is to use her effectively, which is something most nurse mains do. They hear someone mention how much stronger she is than all the other killers, and immediately leap into a tirade about how she takes "effort to master" and how "you have to spend the time and build muscle memory" /Gag.
Fifth, I don't know your post history. If you made threads talking about cool powers and ideas for the rest of the cast, then awesome. They could use the love, for sure. My man trapper and his buddies bubba, doc, and clown spend more time at the bar than out in trials getting their exercise, and lord knows they need it. They're going to need to run a 4k to get a 4k, you follow me?
Lastly (this is how you use lastly, btw, not by putting it on your second-to-last point), a lot of her addons do neat stuff, and I think that's great. Just because they aren't omega-blink doesn't mean they're bad. The one that gives you an extra blink but stops you from blinking through walls? That one's bad, not gonna argue there, your point has at least that leg to stand on
