I love her design and being able to puke on people but what are the best perks to use ? I’m rank 10 killer currently . Any advice as well ?

    I like running Thanataphobia, Dying Light, Infectious fright, <Any Other Perk>.

    My 4th one could be anything like Ruin, BBQ, Discordance, etc. Tracking or slowing down perks help. It all depends on how survivors play at your rank. If your play like in the high ranks then every survivors mindset is OmG iM iNjUrEd MuSt ClEaNsE so it may not be best to run this. But when they don't cleanse it's very good

    Ruin, Pop, Infectious Fright, Monitor and Abuse, BBQ, Surveillance, Thanatophobia and Dying Light are good perks on her. Maybe even the new Oni's perk, Blood Echo, might become really good on her too.

    I run BBQ&C, Ruin, Thanaphobia, Infectious Fright.

    After I get the perks I like on her I'll switch to Corrupt Intervention, Pop goes the Weasel, Discordance, Infectious Fright.

    Monitor and abuse is great because it lets you get a bit closer to survivors to infect or down them. This pairs well with infectious fright because m&a increases your terror radius while in a chase. Another good perk is whispers, which let's you find and infect people quickly. Best strategy is to tag every survivor with puke, but don't commit to them unless they run to an unsafe area.

    BBQ and Chili, Hex Ruin, Thanatophobia is a must because it forces them to use fountains. As far as the 4th perk. Dying light would really enhance the slowdown of the game with thanatophobia if you feel like survivors still arnt using fountains.

    But if they are using fountains then infectious fright really works with corrupt purge. To really make use of the power. You bring one down and if there is another survivor down shoot that red vomit on the next survivor and slug the first.
