Necrophobia = Fear of corpses and dead things.
I know this won't be top-tier but i liked the name and the idea of another phobia perk.
Description: Recovery speed and healing speed by other survivors on you is slightly/moderately/considerably decreased while downed.
It's basically an unbreakable "counter" and i think it'll work in slug builds.

Since it's "Fear of corpses and dead things" lets make debuff on everything when you MORİ people.What you say ?

Thanataphobia is literally "fear of death", you would need a different name for it
