Imo stealth Killers are more fun to play so that might be one of the main reasons. His playstyle is pretty fun.

Any killer is viable in red ranks if you play them well enough. I mainly play Plague in red ranks and I do perfectly fine.

Nah, I'm a survivor main, and I also refuse to pay one cent for a killer that is ruining the game for me.
And it seems that the best part of Ghostface is that he finds survivors by survivors finding him? If that's what you mean by being foolish enough to look in his direction.

He gave a lot of people who play him bad mentality of HOW to play him though. His stalk is super strong, but somehow he says otherwise and people blindly believe him.

I disagree. Going without stalk is also strong.
But he's wrong on never using stalk. The strongest ghostface is a mix of both.

Bhvr did release the stats for Ghostface he has a 62% win rate in the same post they said the won't touch him and I love the devs for that

Because wraith can be seen while in stealth before having to decloak. That's is, well, if you don't ever use stalking that is

Just a experience from playing him and the game. After months of people playing him solely as stealth stalk hit and repeat. Most of the people who know how to dominate a game. Whereas TrU3Ta1ent build is literally only good for M1 most dont even use his ability outside trying to get a free hit with stealth.
Sure u get a free hit but avoiding a chase is far better imho.
