Skilled huntress is harder, I got the throw 1000 hatchets awhile ago but still don’t have skilled huntress.

The 1000 hatchets one is a walk in the park compared to the skilled Huntress one. I have accepted that I will likely never get that.

It's not unusual for a Huntress to throw 20-50 hatchets in a match. That's only 50 games at maximum. It's actually a fairly easy achievement to get.

Feel like ppl think of hatchets HITTING survivors when looking at the numbers. Personally, when I had matches where I decided to be nice to the last 2 survivors who had ragequitters or something, id use that time for target practice while they were fixing the last gens.

That's entirely possible. Either that, or they get intimidated by the number of zeros and assume it's a tall order.

You're not necessarily playing her wrong, although it's possible that you aren't taking full advantage of her potential if you're not using her hatchets that much. It's also possible that you throw a lot more than you think you do without even realising it, since I'm guessing you don't count them as you go.

I finished the achievement last week sometime. I have yet to complete:
- Catch 100 survivors in bear traps
- Stalk for 300 tier power increased with Myers
- Have 300 Hag traps triggered
- Down 100 survivors while they are in Clown gas
- Down 25 survivors that have Deep Wounds as Legion
- Down 50 marked survivors with Ghost Face
You will get it eventually. I find Huntress to be one of the most fun killers to play, and you can see which killers I don't play much lol

Playing Huntress for too long destroys my mood - I’m very audio centric and her song just eats at me.
I had skilled Huntress fairly early in since I’d focus purely on that and not worry about any other metric for success.
getting the 1000 hatchets was absolutely awful. Had nights where I was so affected by her song I had to take my headphones off and play muted. Worst achievement for me on the killer side, hands down.

Had the same experience when I first started playing Huntress. Would have her song stuck in my head for HOURS after I finished playing. Now though, Im able to just kinda tune it out and it doesnt bother me anymore.

On PS4 and even before the Nurse changes I thought i’d never get the ‘blink 3 times and grab’ achievement, and now it’s even more ridiculously difficult since Nurse nerfs - does this mean we will never see this made easier either? :’(

Out of the "use killer power" achievements, I found the Trapper one to be the hardest/longest behind skilled huntress. The requirement to pick survivors out of traps instead of just stepping in them made this a long term goal.

That's not correct -- plenty of game have had their achievement/trophy requirements changed long after release.

I find that mid range is easier than point blank. But I do play on console so...🤷♂️

We have even gotten some changed... once they became impossible. Just a change to the number is something they are not letting us do. As long as it's still possible, they are VERY hesitant to let us change an achievement.

Recently found umbra on YouTube. Some of the throws she makes are insane. I know she uses some kind of pointer but still. I would love to have the patience to learn her half as well.

I got the 1000 throws a while ago. It’s not difficult if you play only Huntress for about maybe three days. You’ll get it. I’m a console pleb so the “Skilled Huntress” trophy is hell. I have gotten a few good long range shots but I can’t tell if it was over 24 meters or not. I only have four trophies left and that one is definitely going to be the hardest one.
Skilled Huntress should be changed on console to match the PC numbers and Left for Dead also needs a change. It’s difficult for them to change the achievements though unless it is impossible for players to get it, like Deranged Pursuit when Legion was reworked.
