Killer ideas. What do you think about it?

Abilities: Portal ambush:there will be an oval sprite constantly medium distance away from the killer when the killer presses their active ability button they will break through a tear creating a portal and swipe three times if they hit a survivor they will stop attacking roar then will immediately it get out from the portal

Teleport:after you complete the portal ambush ability they will be a portal sitting there permanently you can have up to 4 portals on the map while next to a portal and looking at another one you can teleport between them between 4 seconds survivors can come up and destroy the portals or use them themselves.

Perks:

Distorting presence: when is survivor starts to see an aura distorting presence activates for 5/10/15 seconds and will stop them from being able to see the aura then will have a cool-down of 60/55/50 seconds.

Bloodlust: this perk activates when you start a Chase bloodlust will take twice as long to activate but you'll get twice as much speed from bloodlust

Hex:Hunter: The Killers terror radius is reduced by 5/10/15  and will make less noise.

 Mori: hit a survivor twice ripping off the survivors arms then walks backwards a bit before teleporting with a portal and ripping a survivor in half

    Abilities:

    Spider web block

    killer puts her hands together starts weaving a web (takes 4 seconds to create) upon finishing will throw a ball of webbing that will hit and create a wall of webbing. if a survivor runs into it they will be stunned and will have to get unstuck. if a survivor runs into it the killer will be notified. survivors stuck in the web can be helped by other survivors or can get out by themselves.

    Spider egg

    Killer creates a ball of webs and then throws it on the grounds creating an egg. if survivor gets within a certain radius and a small spider will pop out (unless the survivor is sneaking) and attacked the survivor. the survivor will have to make three skill checks if they fail they will be put down one state (can't be put below injured by this ability) if they succeed and the spider will die and then they can continue.

    Perks:

    Spider infestation: Upon using your ability it create a small area where a swarm of spiders will be for 5/10/15 seconds and attack any survivor caught in it

    Hex:web entanglement: every time you hit survivor with your ability they get a token and a web will slowly form around them. a survivor can have 4 tokens every token will slow them down by 5 percent each token.

    Sixth Sense:Every time you hit a survivor reveal all survivors within a 10/15/20 meter radius

    Mori: grabs the survivor with both hands then spins them around rapidly covering them in a cocoon of webs from their feet all the way to the bottom of their neck then we'll bite their neck off eat it then roar .

    The reaper

    Abilities:

    Soul ejection: fires a blast that shoots the soul out of the target at that point they are teleported to a random location on the map and must get back to there body in the soul form they are able to be one hit but they don't have any grunts of pain or leave any scratch marks and their bodies and invulnerable at this time.

    Soul shred: this builds up over time but will also skyrocket in progression if the killer hits a survivor. once the killer hits the active ability button and will rush and teleport forward a bit and then to a big swing this can hit multiple targets and one hits no matter what. The killer misses the ability they will get 10 second stun

    Perks: 

    hex:death's grasp: every time you hook survivor gain a token

    1: all survivors do actions 4% slower

    2: gain 4% plus movement speed

    3:generator have a 4% decrease in skil check size

    4: all survivors have 4% decrease in healing speed

    5: you can kill injured and dying survivors

    emissary of demise: whenever a survivor does something like destroy totem, fully repair a generator,get someone off a hook, next time they vault a pallet or window they take one state of damage (can't be put into dying state)

    Death is not an escape: for every player dead the rest of the survivors will get a 2%/5%/10% reduction in repairing,sabotaging ,healing,breaking totems.(at level three) a 1% decrease in vaulting

    Mori:the survivor gets up and tries to run but the reaper stabs his  scythe into his leg then the reaper cuts off both survivors arms then teleports behind them at that point turns the scythe upside down so the handle is in the air in the blade is near the bottom then stabs the blade into the survivors back then pushes it up cutting the survivor in half holds the scythe normally and slashes one more time taking out the soul of a survivor at that point The entity takes most of the soul but the reaper takes a piece of it.

    Sorry, mate, but these ideas are either way too hard to balance/incorporate or they're rip offs of things already in the game.

    You can't do Perks involving Killer Powers, since Perks can be shared with other Killers.

    Not only did they change Tinkerer since it was way too much work due to new Powers coming in, some Powers, like Wraith ringing his Bell, wouldn't profit from Hex: Web Entanglement at all.

    They're just ideas plus that one I didn't change because I had to go to sleep so I didn't get around to change it. But I do see what you mean.

    Yes, they are rip-offs. One of the perks if literally just a mix of Dying Light, Devour Hope and Unnerving/Coulrophobia. And no, but they would all be incredibly difficult to balance.

    Depends: Do downs from Surprise Attacks trigger the Perk Surge?

    If they do, then it's a basic attack despite granting more BP and thus he wouldn't profit from it.

    If they don't, then it is part of his Power and he could make use of it.

    The Dolls,

    Killer Type: Ambusher

    Terror Radius: 24m

    Movement Speed: 6 m/s

    Height: Small (totem height)

    Weapon: Small weapons like scissors, Ice picks, claw hammers, knives etc. Small enough for a Doll to wield. Dolls have the shortest strike range of all killers.

    Gameplay Mechanics: 8-16 Dolls appear in a map, based upon map size. A moving doll can be transfixed in place by a survivor if they look at it within 24 meters with their inner 30 degree cone of vision (think of the game Red Light, Green light). A transfixed Doll can't move again until the survivor breaks line of sight with it, or gets more than 24 meters away.

    Active Power: Possession - The Dolls are able to be possessed by the spirit of their maker who can use her power to possess any of them either by targeting a dolls aura to possess, or by just pressing the power button to transfer to the nearest doll. Transferring takes between .3 to 3 seconds depending upon the distance. After possessing a new doll, the TR and red stain persist for 6 seconds on the previously used doll. If a Previously Possessed doll was transfixed by a survivor, the survivors aura is revealed to you until they break line of sight with it, or get far enough away.

    Possbile balance changes if needed due to the dolls size: They are the only killer with a 3rd person perspective, Or Grass and fog renders 80-90% transparent to them within a 20m radius so that players will be able to see better from first person perspective (suggest that if latter option is taken, it should also apply to Ghost Face and Pig when they crouch).

    Perks:

    Painful Neglect: The Entity is swift to punish those who who become distracted from their goals. Survivors who take their inner 30 degree cone of vision off of a generator while repairing experience a 5/10/15% reduction to progress speed and increase the odds of skill checks triggering as well as reduce their success zones by 5/10/15%

    Hide n’ Seek: Control over your heart rate conceals your exact whereabouts from survivors. When within 16/24/32 meters of a survivor your Terror radius’s heartbeat rate no longer increases the closer you are to them.

    Mind Numbing Mist: Your intense desire to kill transgressors has saturated the fog of the trial grounds dulling and suppressing the Survivors sense of situational awareness. Up to 2/3/4 Survivors no longer receive Status Effect, Perk and Teammate condition notifications during the trial. Injured, Down, Hooked and Exhaustion notifications are exempt from this effect.

    great idea but there might be some problems as it might be a bit overpowered with its small size also stuff like grabbing people off generators and out of Windows and putting survivors on hooks would also be a problem other than that it's pretty good

    in the full version i linked, I explained that grabbing, hooking, and vaulting are all performed by the spirit that possesses the dolls and not the dolls themselves. Think about how when old freddy grabbed/picked up a survivor. for everyone who wasn't asleep their buddy just limply floated to the hook. as for their overpowered movement speed + small size, this killer basically has to be touching survivors in order to hit them, and they can be stopped in their track just by looking at them. I felt that if they're gonna have a Red Light, Green Light, or Weeping Angels rule set, then they would have to move fast, and be able to hide better.
