Will the Archives go in linear order?

When we get the next Archive, will it go in linear order, like being Wraith or Hillbilly and one of the original 4 survivors, or could it be a random pick, like Spirit or Clown?

My bet is on Doctor. He's going to get his rework by the time the next tome comes out, so why not give people a reason to play him.
