from what i know placeholders can be only in level 4 but i can be wrong we will see when it will come out

Well, we've reached the level of semi-impossible challenges. Time to drop focus and stop caring about the lore. Bloody hell... this "in a single trial" crap is insane on some of these, especially since the majority are pure luck-based.
SURVIVOR
Unhook 25 survivors safely
Unhook 2 survivors after EGC has begun safely *in a single trial.
Escape one trial through exit gate using Hope
Blind Killer 5 times
Blind Killer while they are carrying a survivor
Fully deplete 8 keys
Escape 10 trials
Heal 4 health states of other survivors *in a single trial
Escape a trial without being hooked using Spine Chill
KILLER
Damage a generator or destroy pallet 40 times
Catch 5 survivors in bear trap *in a single trial
Hook 15 survivors in the basement
Hook the Obsessions 2x *in a single trial
Hook a survivor in the basement while another survivor is already hung in the basement using Monstrous Shrine
Interrupt and grab 6 survivors
Prevent any Exit Gates from being powered using Unnerving Presence
Sacrifice 2 survivors during EGC using Hex: NOED *in a single trial

Even the regular "challenges" are annoying. Getting 25 unhooks is not a challenge. You play the game normally and get it. It just takes a very long time and you only get 3 rift fragments.

Am I the only one that thinks that some of this challenges actually promote tunneling and camping?

not to mention it being the first survivor challenge, it prevents you from trying more intriguing ones until you either farm or do the killer ones (...but then you reach the 15 iridescent shards challenge, fun fun :P).
I mean, it's ok to have those farming challenges, but let them be at the endpoint of a branch, not at the very beginning, precluding the other challenges. Let me play normally and try for hard challenges, then when I've done everything was somehow challenging (or just random, let's be honest), I can go back to the farming ones.

Yep... every single game has been everything we thought it would be. Everybody leaving their gen to bumrush unhooks or just lurking near the middle of the map, hiding, waiting. After a few, I just decided that if I can't beat 'em, join 'em.
Here ya' go, fam:
Empathy: To make sure you know when somebody's going down so you can leave your gen and get in position, following for the feeding frenzy.
Bond: To know where the rest of those healthy feral hogs are while they're surrounding the fresh meat in the chase.
Borrowed Time: Gotta' be safe unhook, y'know.
Deliverence: Because screw those guys. If the devs want us to play toxic to each other, let's do it. Yeeting myself off the first hook, and if I go down, no struggling. Onto the next round of BS hook farming.
What a time to be alive in DBD! Bloody hell.

Why is Unnerving Encounter the way it is?
Unnerving Presence has nothing to do with Exit Gate Switches.

Also: Are the devs sure these are gonna be challenges that "casuals can complete with playing 1-2 hours per day"?

Yeah myself and the rest of my squad are pretty miffed at these. It's definitely going to take a team effort for much of these survivor challenges and the Killer ones... we'll see how many we can actually get done. Cheers to the Fog Whisperers and full-time streamers that can grind DBD for a solid month straight. lol
