What’s your favorite and most hated perk for both sides?
Mine is personally
survivor favorite: iron will and spine chill
survivor most hated: urban evasion and no one left behind
killer favorite: bbq&chili and bloodwarden
killer most hated: overcharge and ruin (ruin hasn’t been lasting but 20 seconds lately so I stopped using it)

I really hate going against ruin,not because its OP (I actually think that perk is a joke) but because my teammates cant deal with it and start running around like chickens and waste time.
As a killer,I hate DS. People who recentely got unhooked can just do wathever they want for 60 seconds.
Survivors who "abuse" DS are the ones I immediately start to hard tunnel .

Survivor:
Favorite: Fixated; very fun to play with, the walking speed increase is very handy
Most Hated: Deceisive strike; very bad designed perk, needs adjustments, it rewards bad players just like noed
Killer:
Favorite: Monitor and Abuse; terror radius modifications are fun and can throw survivors off
Most hated: Ruin; sadly required on most killers to stand a chance against decent survivors, also makes the game more rng

Favourites to run? Spine Chill and Surveillance.
I personally see Surveillance as an extremely underrated perks, since you only need one person to be working on a generator, unlike Discordance. Less people know about it because nobody uses it. Seriously, stealth killers, try it out some time.
Moat hated? D-Strike and NoED. D-Strike because of it's blatant missuse by survivors these days and NoED because it just feels cheap. It's an Exposed with zero warning, and on some killers like Myers or Hillbilly is just total BS. You already have enough instant down, WHY DO YOU NEED MORE?

Save the best for the last ❤ most satisfiying feeling to have it full stacks and see this fast recovering animation, especially with freddy😂 its also nice with the demogorgon and at all a really nice game changer.
Mindbreaker 💀 useless, i think an empty slot would be more efficence then this perk
Survivor
DS ❤ necessary for all this early camper nowadays, even on red rank, which is pretty ridiculous, even if its legit strategy, its boring to play against, especially as solo survivor, so its my favourite little feedback for killer
WGLF 💀... love to get farmed by greedy teammates

Favorite survivor perks to use would be either Solidarity or Hope.
Least favorite would probably be Deja Vu just because I don't feel like I'll ever use that perk even for a stupid build.
Favorite killer perk would probably be Bitter Murmur. It's just so satisfying to use sometimes.
Least favorite killer perk might be Monstrous Shrine or Predator. Although Bloodhound is probably more useless than Predator, I love seeing the glowy effect.

Survivor faves: Self-care and head on
Survivor hated: Unbreakable and dead hard
Killer faves: Dying light and BBQ
Killer hated: Iron Maiden and hex: huntress lullaby

Dead hard. It's both the most usefull and most useless perk at the same time...
As for killer: BBQ&C - Love it because of extremely usefull aura reading and free bloopoitns. Ruin because whenever I'm the killer, it goes immediately, but whenever i'm a survivor, no one ever finds it...

Killer Side
Can't live without it: Save The Best for Last. Saved my ass multiple times and punishes BT unhooks severely.
Can ######### off into the Void: Monstrous Shrine. Only useful for Basement Builds. Which I am not a fan of.
Survivor Side
Can be a true hero: Borrowed Time. Because killers don't see how good STBFL really is.
I would rather die: Object of Obsession. ######### this perk in general.

Survivor most liked: Balanced Landing (RIP) and Iron Will
Survivor most hated: Self Care (as another Survivor...), Object of Obsession (when playing Killer)
Killer most liked: Either Whispers or Enduring
Killer most hated: NOED and Insidious

Favourite: Iron Will and STBFL. Nothing is better to be quiet while injured as a Jeff Main. And STBFL gives these juicy hits you won't get otherwise.
Hate: Urban Evasion and NOED. I hate it when Survivors just crouch and do nothing. NOED is just cheap. It is easily avoidable, but most times your mates are too dumb to do a single totem except Ruin.

Survivor - Head On 😈
Killer - Surge. Love how passive it is, and feels very satisfying to me.
Hated:
Survivor - Object of Obsession. Even though they buffed stealth killers against it, to me this perk is just obnoxious and usually used by obnoxious players.
Killer - NOED. Cheap perk that gives cheap kills to under-performing killers, not much else to say.
