Killers still looking for excuses.
Kill rates for all ranks and isolated red ranks are too high. What is the point it even asking which rank the poster is at? Do you even know what you are fishing for anymore?
My own experience coincides with the stats. I get 4k games very frequently. It got so common I even came up with the 4k0c challenge just to make things more challenging.
You need to be able to consider the health of the game as a whole. If one side is winning only 25% of the time, clearly it is not healthy for the game

In all seriousness I personally find killer gameplay easier because I don't need to worry about teammates.
But against a competent team you notice killer gameplay is harder and more demanding than survivor gameplay. Every bad decision can prolong a chase or make you lose a game.
For example, the other day I was on haddonfield and downed this guy who had DS during the endgame, i was about to reload hatchets when I picked him up and i was like "oh ######### ive ######### up" guess my muscle memory wanted to press space. Everyone escaped that game.
While playing survivor I've never felt the stress or frustration of playing killer, no matter if I was being camped or tunneled. Survivor gameplay is so chill, the only active moment is when you are in a chase.

Also what rank are you, for this to be that easy you would need to be at rank 16 to 20.

Well if you want a challenge and this is too easy for you, then it's time to start making challenges or find some somewhere else.

You mean if it's found and killer doesn't abandon a chase everytime to retrap or run away a survivor away every time they try to break it. If you're gonna make that statement then be fair about what tends to happen. What DOES NOT make sense is having to start over on a totem just because killer chases you away *shrugs*

I do agree with the OP but only using certain killers. I've owned the game since it came on the Xbox and have only played as Killer so I dunno what it's like for Survivors. I do know that with certain Killers I can pretty much put in no effort.
Namely Wraith and Nightmare. Playing as Wraith is a guaranteed win (you can't outrun him and you can't hide from him) so I try not to play as him as much. The Doctor is another one that's easy seeing as the Survivors are just screaming their positions the whole game. I also only use Killer specific perks on the Killer they came with. Keeps the Killers unique.

I'm sorry, but the moment you said Wraith was OP i couldn't take you seriously. That and calling The Doctor.... The Nightmare. Unless you just never explained Freddy. Add to that that you only use Killer specific perks and I know you are being rather false.

I'd like to remind you that several Devs have said not to draw conclusions based on the stats and that EVERYTHING 50%-75% is 2 kills. The reason it's like 59% for example is cause they weight a TAD more to 3 kills. So MOST KILLERS ARE AVERAGING 2 KILLS!

I never said Wraith was overpowered. I just said using him is a guaranteed win.....for me at least. And that's mainly because I only use his perks. He's essentially The Spirit but I can still see everybody. And I referred to the Nightmare by his name. Yea I know he's Freddy but that's not what he's called in game. But no I never explained him. He was actually hard to win with til they buffed the heck out of him and now he's up there with Wraith.
Why would I be false because I only use the perks on the Killers they came with? I don't see a reason to use Ruin or BBQ & Chili on everyone. The perks they each come with suit their playstyle just fine.

I main those three I said, use the deep wound for time, get everyone in your killer instinct and chase the last one you hit and it should buy at least a few moments, a thing that has caused me to win (only once did it down someone and I laughed, till I realized it was a 20 with 7's and that laugh turned to a god damn, either SFW and they didn't tell him for lols or matchmaking dumb) just make it a necessity to fix with shorter time or status effects so they can't try to power a gen then mend, that happened before so it's a preventive measure, and have strong end game perks, he isn't too strong at start I feel, but ok mid from the power and great at end from power, that's what worked for me, not sure if you do already or have a method that works better for you but if you not tried end game build for him, try it out, you'd be surprised how strong he is that way

2 kills average? That's proof how strong survivors are, I know the Dev said they aim for that for each killer but that's no good, that's not even near a rank up for killers, if they fixed that then that wouldn't be bad, but I've had 3 kills and entity still displeased, he some greedy bastard haha

You should try the time lord Freddy build, dying light, thanatophobia, ruin, overcharge/surge and swing chains and red paint/jump rope

You're also playing these at a time where survivors are full suiciding to get borrowed time saves, I really wouldn't put much stock in game results right now.

Is that what Monto refers to as 'Forever Freddy'? While that sounds fun I like sticking to Killer specific perks. If his add-ons and perks that he has aren't enough to slow the game down.....just a little bit....then it wasn't meant for him to do that.

I don't know who that is lol, but I would assume yes, and up to you, your game as much as anyone else, just thought you'd like to hear a relentless build, those 4 perks are great throughout the game, slows it down for killers to be able to actually do something

It's been the trajectory of this game for awhile by the devs, they've created an entire class of entitled people who play killer within the game who refuse to accept ANY nerf to killer. Just look at the nurse mains whining recently as an example, a killer that's been broken since release.
So you're 100% right but nothing will be done.
I had a killer recently complaining that no one went for unhook. He had noed and end game was up. I just laughed at him and said you've gotten everything you wanted (end game hostage gone) but still find something to whine about.
My happiness as a survivor is too just subvert expectations of killers like that.
If I'm last survivor with hatch close and end game up? I run around farming totems and hooks to 99% and finish with 3k+ while i listen to the nurse teleporting between the 2 adjacent doors.
The only way a lot of these stupid ideas that benefit killers work, is when you get the survivor apologist who just accepts they're going to have a miserable game and feed a killer points.

I wanna see you play Wraith. I really do. If you are that good, I want to see it so I can learn. Wraith is considered one of the worst Killers. I want to see the proof you can do what you say.

He's a YouTuber. Uses Ruin on like every killer. I can't stand Hex perks cause on top of the gens you also have to protect the totems. Hag I can handle cause at least I can place a trap and teleport to them.

It's not even that I'm that good it's just that Wraith is super easy to play with. Especially with add-ons that make you faster while you're cloaked as well as his perks that basically make the scratch marks a neat straight line and the blood glowing red. So it's pretty much impossible to run or hide from him short of locker hopping all game.
Perhaps I'll record the next game as Wraith. I'm only rank 12 now so maybe the Survivors are still lol ez down here?

Yeah.... Try it in Purple or Red Ranks. Anyone that says Killer is easy needs to go to Red Ranks and play for about 10 matches as a lower Tier Killer like Wraith, Legion, or Clown. Your eyes will be opened VERY quickly.
Though, i'd still like to see the footage if you wanna record it.

Try swift hunt and the other one that uncloaks you quicker (to make up speed loss whilst uncloaking) and use either dying light, thanatophobia, ruin, surge/overcharge or his natural perks minus the FOV and add deer stalker and nurse's calling, either no one shall escape cause you end up on them before gen is done, that you can slowly increase gen time or you get that 100% chance hit and never lose them, ever, that one very dead, and deerstalker so you can watch them after first hook for a minute so you free of DS and nurse's calling to find the person that got them up and hit the injured chase healthy for a hit then get the dying for second hook or another survivor

Just played 5 straight 0k games with survivor without using any add-ons. 2 games all generators were completed. 2 games all generators were completed and 1 game all generator was completed.
I didn't care about Ruin.
survivor mains will complain, but this just goes to show how unbalanced the game is..
Not fun to play 50% of the time as a killer. Not difficult enough to play 50% of the time as a survivor
Yes I get that taking Ruin off would make the game more interesting, but at the same time, when the goal is to kill all of the survivors, why would I want to allow them any more advantage?

Around rank 8 you can be matched with yellow ranks, along with reds. There's also a huge difference between survivor skill that isn't dependent on rank. I've had red ranks who go down within 20 seconds, and greens who are pretty good at looping. Killer is easy against bad survivors, but rough against good survivor

Just got a 4k 3 games in a row at rank 30. Survivors were all green/ yellow ranks n really bad. This is too easy, smh.

Yeah, and from what i could tell watching, you are rank 12 and on console. That alone makes it where the advice you could give me wouldn't apply as I am higher ranked and am on PC. I also saw you do well as Wraith, only to let the last survivor bleed out basically till EGC killed them... watching them and following them and ringing the bell. So, basically being Toxic. Then you only got one kill on HAWKINS as Doc and that was by face camping during EGC... and then you went offline after going to a corner and staring at the ceiling. So, I don't think i'll be listening to your advice.

Naw, but the frames being different, controls being different and other things like that DOES matter. He could give some basic looping advice, which I already know, but there isn't much else. I never said PC was better, as you seem to imply, I merely mean it doesn't translate well.

Yea only reason I did that was because I knew they were going to stand on the hatch til I showed up just to jump in. They were on the hatch when it opened and yet I still was able to run up to the hatch and close it. It's the reason I don't even chase survivors to the exit gates anymore. I already know what's going to happen. In addition to that was the numerous body blocking from their teammates. What you didn't see is the countless other games I play where the gates are open yet no one leaves til there's like 10 seconds left on the End Game Collapse.
I also didn't even care once I saw what map it was when I was The Doctor. I can't stand multi-level maps so I just put in minimal effort. Once the gates are open I find a wall and look at the ceiling. As mentioned above Survivors wait til the last minute to leave. That includes them leaving the exit gate to come and find me so they can try to teabag or initiate a chase. So by my back being turned they can see I'm not paying them any mind and maybe they'll leave quicker so we can all move on to the next game.
