Killer Perk: Botanophobia
The realm's flora feed themselves on the blood of survivors.
When survivors bleed, their blood pools will grow into thorn bushes (bushes takes 1.5 second to grow and last for 15 seconds)
Stepping on a thorn bush causes these effects
10% hindered, oblivious, 25% chance to scream
These effects persist for 8/12/15 seconds after stepping in the bush

Sounds like a pretty unique idea for a perk, but kind of OP. Maybe an addon for a future killer or an existing one would work?

Would be an interesting add on for Demo, actually, with its connection to the nasty flora of the Upside Down. Or, instead of thorn bushes, it makes those wierd spore spitters, like the ones from the tunnels
