if the devs fix the connection issue today, they do not need to expand the event at all. It is really easy to get the skins. I played 2 and a half hours killer yesterday and I got all 50 suvivor chops.

But 2-3 day would be nice just to show some extra love to the community.If you dont have 2-3 hours in 2 weeks, then you shouldnt get the skin. It should be a challenge. And every match starts with 2 event gens and 2 event hooks, it is really easy to fulfill the challenge, just give it a try and you will see. There is absolutely no need to get more time.

No. in 3 hrs you can get the killer cosmetic very easy.
For survivor i guess still the same 3-4 hrs so in total 7-8 hrs to get both, you have 2 weeks basically play 30mins everyday and you will do the event without problems.0 -
They should extend it by the amount of time the connection issue lasted. 4-5 days extension for 1 day of not being able to play? Funny.

I believe it's 90 margaritas you need for survivor first off, second, no it's not hard to get when playing. However, not everyone can play all the time either, some people have schedules such as myself. I work the night, am off around noon that I can play, then head to bed for work that night. I have a pretty small window while working to actually play the game. It's not hard to get when you play, but when you can't even log in you can't progress towards the goal. Having the event extended for the days people couldn't play is perfectly fair and not unreasonable. That's time that was supposed to be given anyways. Not only are people working for the event skins, that's a lot of extra bloodpoints for people to level up with, this essentially becomes a double bloodpoint weekend for the event.

It should really only be extended for the same amount of time that the issue persists.

The event is 13 days long, You have missed out on maybe 2 days at most. This really does not warrant an extension. Put a few hours in through 13 days and you would have more than enough time to get the skins.

I remember for the Lunar event, they extended it by an extra week because of all the connection issues. Maybe they'll do the same for the BBQ event. Unless the issues persist for more than a week, then I wouldn't expect them to extend the event for that long because of how easy it is to obtain the cosmetics (especially the Killer cosmetic, that can be done in hours). They'll probably extend the event by 2-4 days at the most.
