Mori spamming against the rules?
Just had a game where I witnessed the last survivor get mori spammed for the ENTIRE duration of his bleed out bar. He only went through with the mori when he was just about to die. Is this acceptable?

Maybe if they do it frequently enough, but I would report for it- if they have a long history of that type of behavior something might be done. As a one off though, probably not.
It's gross, but just not that big of a deal given the bleedout timer does run out eventually and isn't too awfully long.

Take your time doing gens and get out, considered that guy being chased the whole time.

I don't think it is, but I'm not entirely sure. I would personally say it is since it's both griefing and delaying the game, but the devs allow stream sniping so I don't really know.

I'd say report it.

He was he last one alive. Besides me who was already in dying state across the map.

That's trolling, griefing, or otherwise intentional unsportsmanlike behavior.
If that guy was innocent, it was wrong. If he was behaving badly for the match and that was his comeuppance, then I suppose it's a different story.

He's being an ass no doubt about that, but it's not a major offense. You SHOULD report I am just saying I guarantee nothing will come of it unless he does stuff like that frequently to folks.

Record it and report it. Its an extremely toxic behavior that cannot be done "accidentally".
Speaking on the subject of mori spamming.. @Peanits, could you forward that Mori's should instantly happen when you press the "kill" button? Like, without a bar you need to fill in order to initiate the kill animation. This miniscule change would remove mori spamming in a heartbeat and improve the health of the game.

Yeah I don't see why moris are still a channeled action. I don't think I've ever actually cancelled a mori once starting to channel it for any actual "tactical" reason, and I've never seen another killer do so either.
And it's not like the ability to hit a survivor on a hook which was actually involved in the whole "unhook tech" thing survivors could do, the ability to cancel a mori and mori spamming in particular has no purpose other than griefing.

There are more and more people that do it.. got 3 of them in the last week.. sadly I can't record them & when I tell them in after chat that they can get a ban for it they're laughing and saying stuff like "yeah ban me" like it's a joke. That bhvr doesn't care about this issue other than saying "yeah you can report them for a week of a ban if even that" is just sad.

I have canceled a mori when I saw someone moving in to teabag the soon-to-be corpse... once. I would consider that a valid reason to cancel the mori channeling.
That being said, I agree that it would be better to just have the mori happen immediately. I've been mori-spammed a few times and it sucks. The bleed-out timer seems to pause while the mori is being channeled, so it takes a LOT longer to bleed out.

No, it is not reportable. Unless he specifically targets that Survivor every game, it is not reportable.
That being said, not a very cash monry thing to do.

I did not actually see it so I don’t know the specifics, but I’m pretty sure I once heard the streamer Hexy talking about having a received a short ban for mori spamming. So it’s definitely a thing, no clue how long it has to go on for though.

Record and Report.

What's even the point of filling a bar? I don't think I've ever changed my mind partway through a mori.

Its a relic from the past.
