Difficulty: Intermediate
Special Ability: Can disguise as the survivor they stalk for 2 seconds. Stalked survivor will be in a red outline (Similar visual effect to borrowed time) within 12m until a different survivor is stalked. To undisguise, hold CTRL down for 1.2 seconds. While attempting to disguise, Terror radius decreases to 15m, any sound you make is reduced to 0% volume, and movement speed is reduced to 3.6m/s. During that period, killer cannot attack and had to wait 2 seconds before stalking again
Passive Ability is a condensed black fog that you cannot see through without a help of light sources (including natural light such as Haddenfield streetlamps) . Over time the fog will go from 128m to 12m. This will happen over a span of 60 seconds (1st time) then 240 seconds (2+ time), afterwards the survivor has to look for a spotlight and fix it. This ability is similar to Freddy's Alarm clocks, except that auras [besides Downed/Hooked survivors] are hidden after 40 seconds of being in the fully filled in fog. Hearing in the fog is also increased to survivors by 225%. Killer does not have a fog, obviously
Spotlights are the most effective way of way breaking free of the fog temporily. There are 7 spotlights around the map, that slowly fills up with light over time (320 seconds). Using the spotlight will drain it by 2% per second, but also distances the fog 4m/s to a maximum of 128m
Flashlights can be used to see through the dark, or shortly remove the fog. After being fully engulfed into the fog, you can use your Flashlight on yourself for 3 seconds to remove the fog for 90 seconds. Doing so removes 20% of the fog. You can also use the Flashlight to see through the fog, which can reach an additional 24m. Flashlights also are 50% wider, and drain 70% slower, however is 10% less effective.
Perks:
Staged Performance: The game starts with 0/1/2 more dull totems, and 1 Fake Generator that when completed: Will be Consumed by the entity. The Fake Gen will be worked on 9%/7%/5% faster. Fake Gen are not affected by Gen-Changing perk (Such as [New]Ruin,Prove Thyself, Overcharge, etc). Toolboxes are used 50% less during repair. Generator aura is white and survivors cannot see if the gen speed is changed. Any dull totems being cleansed now have skillchecks

Stay In Line: You gain a 1%/2%/3% Haste and Lunge range increased by 20% During Blood lust 2

Director’s Orders: When someone unhooks another inside your Terror Radius, that person will be the new Obsession. The Obsession’s Aura is shown for 10 Seconds and an audio cue is played after they Sabotage, fail a Skillcheck, Open A Chest, Quick Action, Start Cleansing a Totem, or Unhook a person. Note: "Obsession Aura will not display if within 16m of them, thus does not activate the perk (Cooldown of 50/40/30 Seconds)

While disguised:
- Terror radius is 0, resumed slowly after undisguising (Back to normal after 2.5 seconds.)
- Mimic stalked survivors health state
- Always shown to be running
- Can not destroy pallets (Will Slow Vault instead)
- Stunned will force undisguise
- Can do survivor gestures
- Flashlight will not force undisguise, but will still be able to blind you.
- Working on a generator will make the killer go in Third Person, able to look around.
- You can grab survivors off gen, which makes you undisguise instantly
Note: Undisguising will increase movement speed by 4% for a 2 seconds, and will do actions 8% faster (Vault, Break Pallets, Hit Speed).
Another Note: While working on a generator, no progress is made and Aura of all survivors within 24m are revealed for 3 seconds.
Visuals: Tall, Slim,Pure black hair, dark red & gray medieval style velvet dress.
Possible Weapons: Umbrella, Rapier, Skinnier Eyelander, Spear
Animations:
- Walking - Same as the Plague
- Palleted - Annoyed grunt, head moving down as they move backwards
- Pallet Break - Aggressively Slam it down with weapon or default kicking.
- Vaulting - Same as other tall killers

Nice concept! This has some nice potential! Her weapon could be those little cane things they pull people off stage with. The mori tho.. No idea for what it could be. Maybe she spins her cane-like weapon around, plant it straight into their back and stomps on their head with heels? Thats just what I thought. Anyways, nice perks and concept 😁👍

I really like the fog idea. However, the devs have stated a few times, that a Killer who disguises as a Survivor won't work, since they can have codes to know who is real. Like "point away from me when you see me" 😏👉 or "turn two times in opposite directions" 💃.
I'm not sure wether that would be a problem, since you can still get close to Survivors. 😑🔪
Have you thought about this issue? What are your thoughts? 🤔

Yes. The Actress can mimic all survivor things except: Healing action, Pallet vaulting, Using Items. As for your code works, that's what the fog is meant to do. Unlike pointing at a Myers that's 42 meters away or whatever, the Actress's fog will severely limit their vision so that she can have the chance to get them.

Thanks for saying this has nice potential, but I don't think this is going to get anywhere time soon due to the fact that OC killers have 0.003% chance of joining, movies have 10% chance, and dev's own characters are always considered

Oh, I didn't want this killer to be like a "special exception to the others". I was hoping that the fog blurring their sight will be good enough
