Every Killer should have a One Shot Down move
I think every killer should have a one shot down move. Of course, I feel this should be balanced with the Killer only having this ability by satisfying certain conditions to power a new system. A Rage meter, for example. The Rage meter builds up when Killers miss hitting a Survivor during a chase, when a Gen is repaired, when a pallet stuns them, when a survivor is unhooked, when they are blinded by a flash light, when a survivor heals, etc. This system will help mitigate the endless OSD spamming that makes some killers OP (Leatherface, Billy, to name a few). Also, some killers can be more viable with this system. I love the Wraith, but his lack of a OSD really hurts his effectiveness. What do you think?

With NOED you can whack all Survivors. With this system, you only get one. Besides, NOED is at the end of a match. Most people are smart and cleanse totems anyway.

I don't see a way to make this feel fair to survivors. Like NOED and Decisive Strike, it essentially rewards the player for failure. Also, it encourages survivors to stay injured and genrush.

I feel you man, I'm also fan of Wraith, although I'd like to see next approach to his power rather than implementing a general mechanic of one-shots. First thing is that balancing one is certainly easier than giving new power to all of them, especially when not every one needs an extra. Second, I'd simply like to see something connected to his theme and design, in my opinion what Wraith needs is more mind-game potential rather than bigger blades on Azarov's. Just an example: there were voices calling for The Ghost as a permanent effect and that's a direction I would support, generally speaking - making his bell sound a tool for Wraith instead of just being a disadvantage.

Even as a killer main I gotta say no this, wraiths pressure comes from being able to move really quick while cloaked
Not to say killers need love cause they do, but giving every1 one shot down potential would DESTROY the balance in the game even if it's just for one hit, I'm against granting benefits for bad plays on both sides killer or survivor and this would definitely reward bad play.

Haven’t you ever been a Hooked survivor and had LF camp in front of you with the chainsaw revved up? Other survivors can’t group rush to save you or they all go down.

So? Any killer can facecamp, the main problem with Leatherface is that he has to catch the survivor first, his chainsaw is so terrible even with good addons it is so garbage. Being good at facecamping doesnt make you OP.

They do, they are called perks. MYC, Haunted Grounds, Devour Hope just to name some.

Survivors are still complaining their arse off because of NOED not giving them an escape.
To be quick: they don't take "maybe do bones next time" as an solution at all.

What if ,merely suggesting here, Pig's dash attack immediately put a Survivor into the Dying State? Perhaps as part of her ultra-rare?

Hey, don't assume that I don't play both sides. As nice as it would be for a killer I also know how it would feel as a survivor. Would cause a big unbalance and breed frustration.
