Pro-Pain Hammer Missing!

I just went to play Billy for the first time in a month or two, and saw that he didn’t have his Pro-Pain Hammer that I got from the Scorching Summer BBQ event a year or two ago in his inventory anymore! Is there anyone else who has had this happen to them? Also, what should/can I do?

    They're giving the cosmetic to everyone on the 3rd.

    This has been a very common problem but as for now just wait until the next chapter hits all the exclusives are going to be released for everybody.

    So you'll get your pro-pain hammer back and a lot more

    I lost this cosmetics too and the kate cloth :/

    (I checked with this update but nothing new for this items)
