So deep wounds exploit is fixed but...
@Peanits You haven't change legion a bit from all the feedback you had. I give you my congratulation for this change legion can't be exploited with moonwalk , terror radius and stop survivors from doing gens in the terror radius.
Now you should reduce the fatigue to 3s and cooldown reduced to 15s. The basic attack penalty should be removed too. This is the feedback everyone agreed with is those happening soon ?.

I liked sloppy and dark devotion legion and stbfl it made him niche at best so i dont see why theyd remove these synergies that made legion niche at best (especially dark devotion legion because you had to smack obsession then get to someone else).

well, now we have to wait at least another year for a legion change. there is a lot of other killer that need nerfing first.

I like your suggestions but they should also make his power deal damage or increase meding time. Otherwise he will sitll be the worst kiler in the game

Not attack cooldown on frenzy i talk about the basic attack penalty (gauge depletion with m1 hit).

I still think that the penalty for missed attacks is too severe. What kind of frenzied individual would miss once and decide to calm down?

Frank mix tape should be buffed too. I mean he take 96s to down someone (4s fatigue + 20s cooldown = 24s cooldown) Legion don't recover cooldown on fatigue like nurse that should be fixed too.

Sloppy on Legion was kind of annoying TBH. Most Legions would do Sloppy + Thana and since he can so easily get hits on multiple survivors it was just a constant slog. You can still technically do this but you will need the Mangled add-on instead of Sloppy (which frees up a perk slot).

I agree with everything you said. However, I think legion should keep his time for his fatigue because a killer like him shouldn't have easy access to his power without a massive punishment. Allowing a killer to vault pallets and windows, capable of slowing down the game and pretty much eliminate all counterplay while in his frenzy.
That being said, I think keeping his fatigue and power cool down the same. Otherwise the killer could just rely on ending all chases in 45 seconds by switching in and out of his frenzy while hitting you each time.
Not only that, but he could use his frenzy to come close to you, allowing him to easily catch up.

Yes i've thought of that. except strong players will still loop like oblivion. I don't think any of you want a legion that can down like before. 24s of cooldown is way too much, the basic attack penalty make no sense because the power in non-lethal.
Once legion leave frenzy They are M1 killers.
