Devs have a very interesting mindset for legion...
Devs: Legion's power is not suppose to down survivors, but to make them wasting time to mend and potentially slowing down the game
Also devs: Let's nerf his power to slow down the game because it's too ridiculous

WEAPON: RAINMAN'S TOOLBOX
A metal box containing unlimited charges. The name Dustin H. is engraved on the side.
POWER: FERAL NERDY
The Legion has a Nerdy power gauge that builds up over time. The power, Feral Nerdy, can be activated by tapping the Power button.
When activating Feral Nerdy, The Legion enters the spectrum. While the power is active:
- The Legion sprints faster than base movement speed and automatically heads to the nearest generator and begins repairing.
- The Legion will vault Pallets that are in their way and instantly reset them up.
- Leaving the generator immediately completes the repair action and refills the power gauge.
- Survivors are granted the Undetectable status effect. Scratch Marks, Blood Pools and Auras are hidden from The Legion's view for the remainder of the trial.

Also, people DID complain about Old Freddy. But everyone always laughed at them because "everyone knows Freddy is super weak, you must just be bad".

Legion is never getting a rework realistically. Most of the devs hated him anyways, so it's not surprising they keep nerfing him. it took Freddy 2 years too get reworked, so it'll be 5-6 until Legion gets one.

It takes longer to do a totem than to mend, that should give you some perspective.

Legion should have been deleted from the game straight after release. Legion needs a complete makeover, not changes in certain perks or changes in movement speed and mend timing and stuff. Just a complete rework, that's the only thing that can fix legion at this point.
Untill he gets that, he needs to go. Not that i would care if he's gone forever because it's the lamest killer ever. Edgy teens aren't that scary.

Yep, more killer nerfs incoming too. I'm done with this game for a bit, the devs are starting to regress. Like not saying survivors haven't gotten nerfs, but they either aren't that strong or where fixing game breaking things. Like instadowns aren't as bad, except the purple one is pretty much the same as it was, just a different way it activates. They made balanced landing consistent. But survivor nerfs usually take time, while killer nerfs are quick and without thought a lot of times. We did get one nice rework, but hes already on the radar, and thats going to be 4 killers nerfed in less then 3 months. Holy #########.

Could be, if it wasn't likely removing his passive madness buildup. And the add ons confirm it will be on a cooldown. It sounds like a nerf to me.
