Oni's power and bloodlust
I'm not really complaining since he just came out, but I have a sincere interrogation about Oni.
He looks fun to play and has a lot of room for counterplay, that's what I really like about him. But last game, when I was against a decent one, something bugged me. It was like endgame, and the Oni decided to fully commit on a chase with me, didn't break any pallet ( they were unsafe so it was smart ) and ended up on Bloodlust III.
When I finally found a safe loop where I felt confortable looping around, he just stood under the pallet and drank my blood trough the boxes. So ... At this point, with a BL III killer feeding of me I decided to kill myself to not screw my teamates over.
I don't know what should be done about that but I felt like being left with no other choice than killing myself, eventhough he clearly shouldn't lose BL using his power to drain blood, but it felt like THIS was an abuse.
Is it good ? Is it bad ? Git gud?

Force him to break a good pallet and reset him, if he's wasting that much time, he's gonna lose gens, that's fine.
BL3 takes 45 seconds to initiate without breaking any pallets or doing anything to reset, he's wasting a lot of time to chase you and gives gen work a lot to be done.

I mean yeah, it was late game so there were maybe still one or two good pallets on the map, I threw pallets but even with baiting hits he went full tunnel mode, and didn't break them. When I finally had an opportunity to dip out to a good pallet, he stood under it for a good 15 sec just draining my blood.
I'm not complaining in a sense where he had to fully commit on me, leaving my teamate time to finish the last gen, unhook the other remaining teamate, open a door and fully heal, so I did not perform too badly, but I was stuck at this point and it felt bad about myself for not being able to escape this simple "trap".

How to counter it? if he goes into Blood Fury, camp that pallet still and have him break it, run off, find a good loop.

Yeah pallet camping, ukh... Ok thanks I guess. Doesn't he break the pallets faster in Demon Dash though ?

No, it takes 2 seconds, he gets a cool down animation like Demogorgon, he loses his bloodlust when doing so.
