Borrowed time simply needs a cooldown or a longer one, being able to chain pull people from hooks without a cd as powerful as it is can make it almost impossible to keep people on hooks if everyone is running it.

    The alterative would be for you not to be near the hook to trigger it. Go damage some generators apply pressure on the survivors in different ways

    Hes talking about over aultuistic survivors who hook rush... in which case he doesn't have a chance to get away from the hook... so your statement or answer is invalid.. please learn more about  the game.. ;)
