Trapper's Traps Too Strong for Endgame.
Unless there are 2 or more survivors left and the exit gates are on opposite sides of the map.
Instead of disabling the Trapper's power completely during Endgame, how about not letting traps be placed too close to the switch?
This won't fix anything. The killer can still take the game hostage, but now it takes 6 traps instead of only 2.

Are you serious ?
Trapper is the killer with the most amount of counterplays in the game 😃

and IIRC if you sabo his trap he still gets a notification? But even if it doesn't, he can still see if the trap is there/open?
At least with Hag you can crouch through the trap unless she's using that one addon(i forget) that gives collision regardless.
The dev is really at rock bottom with balancing the game. The community is so toxic, they'll find another way to abuse mechanics similar to broken/infinite loops etc. I'm always curious as to see what people abuse next. Right now every game i go into with an Oni they have Nurses and its ridiculously OP lol

So you are entitled to an escape because you didn't even power the exit gates?

The Trapper places a trap in front of the both exit switches. If I go to one switch and disarm the trap, the Trapper shows up 3-7 seconds later. I'm supposed to sabotage the trap in that amount of time and sneak away to hide??

The killer gets free kills by simply holding the Killer Power button for 1.5 seconds at each gate?

Don't say that. Poor Trapper doesn't have a lot going for him.
He may get a warning that you're on a switch, but he has to set that up in advance, and he lacks the mobility to do anything more than walk between the gates - he's not like Nurse or Hillbilly where he can be there in seconds. It's still possible to outplay him.
And most importantly, it's okay for a killer to have strengths. Especially a low-tier one like Trapper. He suffers heavily in the early game, so it makes sense from a balance perspective that he should be particularly strong in the late game.
Neither role should be at an advantage by default. The game should not be rebalanced to give survivors a significant chance at escape against an endgame Trapper, any more than it should be rebalanced to give killers a significant chance at a 4K after the gates are powered with four survivors still remaining.

Trapper is literally worthless pretty much everywhere else, so I'll let him have a strong endgame, tbh.

Just lost to another Trapper during Endgame because of traps.
I'm not saying that there needs to be a 100% chance for survivor to escape.
I'm saying there should not be a 0% chance for a survivor to escape.
If you are the last remaining survivor and the hatch doesn't spawn beneath your feet, you are dead. 100% guaranteed.
Tell me, which other killers can you say that about?

Lol. Insane trying to nerf a ######### tier killer? Is this a joke?

Nearly every other killer, who doesnt play dumb. EGC is heavily killersided, if youre the last man standing. Deal with it.

Plague is also op in end game, she can vomit on the exit door and know exactly if you touch it

Trapper is slow in early game, so it is good he can pressure a little with traps in endgame. No nerf he is balanced.
