Stop Clowning Around
All clown needs is an extra bottle and a slightly faster reload. He's one of my P3 mains and it seems like this would be a balanced buff for him.

He needs a lot of things. His bottle is broken half the time when throwing it and with dedicated servers they seem to explode randomly on their trajectory towards your target. Had 5 games in a row varying from 30-60 ping and they would not reach the target I'm throwing them to half the time EVEN if it was an open field.
Personally I'd give direct hits with bottle some effect on survivors and increase his movement speed while reloading to 110% and outright rework the reload movement speed addons. Also I'd remove any slowdowns Clown receives when throwing bottles. That's my bias of course.

I do hate when I throw a bottle and since there's an obstacle that's knee-height the game decides that the gas will spawn directly where I am at but the bottle still flies on and does absolutely nothing.

Yep. Faster reload snd one more bottle would help him a lot.
