Puppers has a great idea can we get this lol
So the survivor gets a item like a drink or something and throws it on the ground and it slows the killer down for so long y’all would have to pick the ratio obviously or a piece a gum the survivor chews for a few and throws it on ground to slow killer puppers idea not taking it just though it should be noticed

No thanks

Doesn't Nurse hover?
11 -
Yeah cause survivors arent strong enough already 🙄 lol

Imagine this. A T wall into a jungle gym into the killers shack. Killer chases you for seven minutes through all the bs. About to get the hit. Survivor drops this item, teabags out the nearest window, and is gone. No thank you.
11 -
Yeah but that would be only one killer who can defy the law of physics with this and plus it’s a game so they could probably work around it some how

I thought about something the same. It would probably be lame tho. Like 1 use and it's gone.

Please tell me Puppers wasn't completely seriously about this idea and was joking.
That's the most stupidest thing I've ever read today. Never mind the fact that it's so weird that a gum would slow a killer down but didn't he think about the consequences of slowing a killer down? You're literally dooming him to more infinites lmfao
5 -
You want me to trip up Billy with a stick of gum.....
3 -
if you think better: he can't cut through a bush with a ######### chainsaw! the gum thing isn't that stupid in dbd logic....

The one is a concession to maps being consistent. The other made my eye twitch. At least of it had been a trip wire or something I could have seen it. It would be terrible for balance. But it at least would make some sense.

We should give all survivors the after-piece tonic! When thrown at the killer, the killer suffers from:
*500% louder breathing noises*
*100% louder chase music*
*Severe camera disorientation*
*Inverted controls*
*50% movement speed*

No

Calm down will. I think this game is too violent. We should replace weapons with flowers. Killers should give flowers to survivors and wish them merry christmas.
2 -
Not anymore.

No. Imagine the Ironworks, Suffocation Pit, Wretched Shop, or god forbid the Crotus Prenn Asylum! If 4 survivors brought this to the Asylum it's game over. Asylum is already strong enough with way too many safe pallets, this would be complete overkill.
1 -
At least he's still somewhat positive about the game.
AngryPug has been ranting about the game and the devs for an hour straight and taking it to twitter too

One use is all you would need it’d be a item

If you are chasing a survivor for 7 minutes, the problem isn’t the survivor or the map. The problem is you.
4 -
This would make already infinite loops even more infinite. Fun idea, but it wouldn't work. It's a no from me.

Move on to another survivor easy fix

Identity V actually has this.. On the character Acrobat.
The Acrobat carries 3 different types of Bomb around. When a Bomb explodes, it will temporarily change the ground's surface, creating a circular zone. Hunters stepping into this zone during the Aftereffect period will be affected by its effects, and thus returning the ground immediately to its original state.
Sticky Bomb: Slightly reduces Hunter's Movement Speed. If the Hunter is hit by the exploding Sticky Bomb or if the Hunter is repeatedly affected by its Aftereffects, the Hunter's Movement Speed will be greatly reduced.
Nitro Bomb: Slightly reduces Hunter's Interaction Speed. If the Hunter is hit by the exploding Nitro Bomb or if the Hunter is repeatedly affected by its Aftereffects, the Hunter's Interaction Speed will be greatly reduced.
Fire Bomb: It can burn Hunters and disable all Hunter skills for a period of time. If the Hunter is hit by the exploding Fire Bomb or if the Hunter is repeatedly affected by its Aftereffects, all Hunter skills will be disabled for an extended period.
How to use: Tap on the Skill button to leap forward and throw a Bomb. Hold the Skill button to charge and choose a landing area. However, encountering objects while leaping will cause the Acrobat to fall immediately.
(also these abilities come with drawbacks, like can't use them often or only X amount of times during a game etc). I could see something like this get tweaked and put into a survivor perk. Would need to have some counter or drawback. (What if survivor slowed killer, but later on survivor got slowed or something. couldn't vault/drop pallets...) shrug It's hard to picture it in DBD, in the current state. But it does work in the other game.

7 minutes? Man I wanna play vs you

Imagine Trapper with all his raw beastly muscles full spri- ehrm walk towards a survivor only to be subdued by a piece of discarded gum...
1 -
Hmmm no, i still see her hover in-game.
1 -
Identity V is extremely survivor sided with broken abilities and every map is worse than Haddonfun.
1 -
This is a perfect example of the average Puppers fan
1 -
What are you talking about?
0 -
So you want the survivors to have clowns power? That's a hard no from me.
0 -
As long as Red and Green Moris are in the game, i am okay with every op survivor item they might add :P
1 -
Give survivors the same collusion box that the killers have so they wouldn’t be able to run effectively faster in loops. Only than maybe.
0 -
Survivors run faster because it’s their only option to do gens loop and escape
0 -
*Ahem
"So the survivor gets a item like a drink or something and throws it on the ground and it slows the killer down for so long y’all would have to pick the ratio obviously or a piece a gum the survivor chews for a few and throws it on ground to slow killer puppers idea not taking it just though it should be noticed"
^that is what you just read

Why didnt you leave after not getting a first hit or pallet within a few seconds?
0 -
Excuse me I’m not an average puppers fan I watch puppers but still it doesn’t mean anything I watch monto sattalizer noob3 hybridpanda and for your information I play survivor and killer equally as playing killer I find this would be okay with a one time use
0 -
If you move on to another survivor it it’s taking too long to catch a survivor you’re likely to do better in the game instead of chasing the same survivor over and over
0 -
I'm just using a far out example. Any loop that takes more than thirty seconds should be abandoned, I know. What I'm pointing out is that there are just some maps where you have jungle gyms into shack into t walls into god loops. It can already be hard enough for M1 killers to nab a hit, an item like this would just crank up the difficulty for no reason.
0 -
I missed the sense from this sentence..but have a feeling there was none.
0 -
Survivors should be able to get hatchets from the locker and use trapper's traps against him too.
0 -
Trapper already does that himself and what would the hatchets do ? All this post is talking about is is just a item that’s a one time use to slow the killer down for a few seconds
0 -
if survivors ran slower they would never get away from killers killers can catch up and catch them already if you don’t understand me move on no need to comment anymore on something you don’t understand
0 -
It’s you who don’t understant what am I talking about. Maybe use a translator to understand foregin words in people’s comments so you wouldn’t respond some nonsense to it. But since you don’t even know this mechanic of the game, I’ll explain it.
Both killers and survivors have a collision box around them which is basically the physical point where their modells should start in a less clunky videogame, but killers have a much larger one than survivors. (collision is also what causes body blocks). But if you’re running around a loop being as close to the wall as possible (hugging it) since killer collision boxes are larger it takes more distance for them to walk around the same loop as it takes for the survivors so the higher movement speed of the killer and the ability to catch up with people is heavily reduced while looping because of it.

Why am i not surprised Puppers would be the one who came up with this idea lol.
