Seeing that you can already report them for that, they'll probably get banned.

Exactly what happens now, They get banned (24H - 48H - 1W - Permanent). You just need proper evidence to show that they were Teaming.

Well if you recorded the game play, then checked there friends list and seen they are both friends

Then you'll have enough. Screenshot their Steam Profiles so the Devs can see they're friends & send it in
