hex totem QoL change

allow us to get bp for how long a hex totem remains unbroken. that could be another reason for running more hex perks. also, the more hex totems you have, the more bloodpoints you get. for example, if you manage to have your hexes unbroken for the entire duration of the trial, you get 5,000 additional bloodpoints. if you ran ruin + HG, you'd get 15k additional bloodpoints.

each second a hex totem remains unbroken, you could get like, 10 bloodpoints.
