Why do some players send rage messages to other players that are on the same side as them?

I just had a game on HNL against an Oni. A Feng killed herself on hook before one gen got done, I managed to fix 3 gens by myself, as I was fixing the third one, Kate got hooked for the second time and died because a Dwight wouldn't go after her despite the fact that I would not be able to get to her in time.

This Dwight then kept getting injured and insisting that I heal him despite the fact that the killer had the ultra rare aura reading add-on. At one point we were in the square room with one staircase, and one window above said staircase, I healed this Dwight in front of the window, after I had healed him, the killer found us (obviously). Dwight decided to crouch in front of the window, blocking it for me, only for him to vault when the killer was right next to him, giving him BF.

I then ran the killer for the entire duration of BF, only for an injured Dwight to find me again (this time in the room with the pallet on the second floor) and, surprise surprise, insist on me healing him. Killer found us and I vaulted the window, managing to get away. Dwight went down and then DCd, proceeding to message me "report noobe".

I really don't understand this community sometimes, can someone please just give me any sort of clue as to what reasoning this player had to message me? I really couldn't care less but when I fixed 3 gens by myself and nobody else fixed one, what reasoning is there to rage message someone?

Not really hard to understand tbh, they were upset and needed to vent their frustration. Peoples opinions differ, maybe they were new, maybe they were just a cry baby and couldn't handle the loss. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless they are harrassing/hate message you -- that's a reportable offense.

Had a game were I did the "cant be hooked once, escape the trial with spine chill" challenge from the archives. Played it very stealthy, did like only 1/2 a gen yes but also unhooked every (!) person that game safely and healed most of them up against a ghostface. Found a key in a chest using plunderers, let the last one die on struggle phase and got out. Got called a useless piece of you know what and how undeserving it was for me to escape, that I supposedly "farmed" everyone off of hook. Told them to suck it up and moved on.

I got a msg from the survivor that died because I opened the exit door BEFORE HE GOT HOOKED.. So the killer camped him (was a clown) and started throwing gas at him so no one would unhook him. He died and messaged me. TBH I'm usually very helfpul, I will stay and try to unhook during EGC, but this was pointless, plus I was doing the escape through the doors using hope challenge so, I will obviously put myself before others sometimes, especially when it comes to finishing a challenge vs helping a random stranger that is almost unhookable *shrugs*

Because survivors are jerks. That's why the entity has killers kill them. Basic math.
