Will you fix those broken hitboxes or not ??!!! It's a shame that you aren't looking into it!
Stop publishing new content, and focus on the bug! Nobody care if there isn't a new killer or not....

It's a product of dedicated servers. Something survivors whined for more than anyone, by the way.

What hitboxes are you referring to? And do you mean hitboxes or hurtboxes? Could you provide some more context & situations?

I've seen a lot of killers complaining about it too. More frequent phantom hits and missing because of laggy aim assist. Although you are correct, these new hitboxes make it harder for survivors to tell when they are going to be hit and as killer I have noticed I can hit from much farther.

While that is true, this is just something that happens with centralized dedicated servers for video games. Lag is less, but latency is never something that can be eliminated, and that's what this is. Latency.

Huntress hatchets wouldn't be the same without their giant cube hitboxes :)

I mean, it was better for killers before for sure. Killers hosted the match, so they had perfect latency ;)

Indeed. The move to dedicated servers was more meant to curb lag switches and be able to punish DC's properly on a server side level. Unfortunately, the hitboxes are a byproduct of that and it will of course be remedied to an extent, but it's not possible to fix the issue completely.

Hitboxes don't change.
Hit detection is what you are complaining about. Where the killer sees you and where you see the killer is whatever your two pings combined is in the past. It might look to you that you cleared that window vault but to the killer you are still in animation. This is a product of latency and there is nothing the Devs, short of predicting the future, can do about it.

Hitboxes arent an issue of dedicated servers, they were poor since beginning.

Devs have answered this a million times over and even given video proof before. Hitboxes are fine, its purely a latency problem.
Sure they COULD compromise on them so that worse connections are lore lenient with liller hits. But this would screw players with a good conection by giving survivors unnecessary extra help. Once the dedicated servers are up and stable on all platforms, that will be the time to bring it up again.

Hitboxes the old days was fine. From mid 2018, the hitboxes getting worse and worse. They made the hitboxes larger on purpose, babying the killers more by that.
