Where's everyone’s Christmas spirit..? :(
All on the forums and twitter are just “What the hell devs.” “Nerfs already wow.” “Oni is dead” While sure people can debate about it, no one seems to acknowledge the Christmas sweaters that came out. 😔 They’re cute and the cosmetic team did great! ❤️ Just a thread about wholesome things and appreciation for the sweaters this year :)

Its not a nerf. folks just mad to be mad. Nurses on Oni is still mindblowingly OP since you either heal against him or get railed. Which its hilarious because medkits are broken, hot fix is out but no fix.

I never really played oni so I wouldn’t get the nerfs. He seems ok but I don’t play him so I can’t say.

I love the christmas jumpers for the characters, but I kinda wish we could also get a cosmetic Santa hat for Demogorgon. He'd look adorable with a little hat on

No, you're absolutely right. People are going crazy about nerfs and buffs. And all the name calling and attacking. Just chill. Jeebus.
And while everyone is complaining that "game is still broken" every time a patch comes out, no one appreciates the long list of fixes.
People need to be respectful about this. Imagine you'd be constantly attacked at your job. Doesn't matter what you do, you always have to deal with a ton of BS. That's tiring.
But people are not thinking about that. Instead: Short sided overreactions.
So, I think it's great that you are trying to steer the discussion in a different direction. I appreciate it. 🎄🎁

I'm a paramedic, so I am constantly attacked at my job. For things that I have literally no control over. So it is what it is. You either can grow thicker skin or open a bakery.
And I also don't celebrate Christmas (I'm Jewish) so I'm not super stoked about some sweaters.

@micha_beck thanks and no problem lol. I didn’t even know there was a hotfix today so I was confused on why there was so many posts about oni and Freddy. It’s not like I don’t agree or disagree with any of the posts, it’s just sad the Christmas cosmetics got pushed away from the arguments. What can ya do though ig lol. 🎄

I think no one should be attacked for their job. And I'm glad you were able to get a thick skin and I'm thankful for the job you are doing and hate the fact you are attacked at your job.

Christmas Sweaters are okay, though the Christmas Charm is what really caught my attention. A free survivor and killer cosmetic item to show your holiday spirit.

I mean...we did get a free sweater for bill and a free charm for both killer and survivor, plus all the sweaters except for the licensed ones can be bought for shards :/
I agree with the event though, it sucks. But maybe we’ll get something, if it’s a rift only thing then I’ll be upset but hopefully not. We are supposed to get a winter sale though so there’s that.

I like Billy's sweater. Though its kinda hard to be in a Christmas spirit when the present the devs give you (which you need to buy, mind you) is followed by them taking bits away. Im not angry or anything but its hard to be in a festive mood.

I for one can not wait until my santa clown can start chasing little elf dwights. I probably wont even hit them, i mean if i kill the elves i may have to hire people to make the gifts and that's just not economically feasable

All the new sweaters look great! Really happy Bill's was free, and now Susie can actually stay warm up in Ormond. I was kind of upset that Legion was left out of Halloween, but these sweaters totally make up for it. Not to mention we still have more Christmas goodies waiting for us like reindeer Huntress. Elf Dwight, snowboarding Yui and Nea, and a new cosmetic for Oni! Designers really hit it out of the park with Christmas this year, and although Oni's "nerf" has sparked some controversy, I'm glad we have a thread like this without all the Scrooges <3
