What if windows get blocked after three vaults from any survivor for EVERY survivor?

Just a quick thought I had. Maybe to hard nerf? Maybe just right?

  Would be a deccent thing to slap on Bamboozled or Cruel limits but a bit BS if it just became killer base kit
