Infectious Fright
[BUG] Infectious Fright's radius seems to be farther than terror radius.
[Balance Suggestion] This perk is VERY strong with instant-down effects so it should have a cooldown. 60/50/40 seconds would be the most obvious time ideas.

Had it happen many times on several different killers. Without Distressing. I'm not new to DBD. smh

It's also popular with monitor since you get the increased TR, followed by a sudden shrinkage when the survivor goes down.

It's weird that perks like thrilling tremors, breakout, and surge have cooldowns, but Infectious doesn't?

Do not add a cooldown to Infectious Fright, that would be a mistake, that would only punish killers for downing people quickly, and far more often than not, when that happens it is because the survivors put themselves in a position that allowed it in the first place.
Adding a cooldown to the perk will make it useless for a great part of the game, cooldowns are mainly what kills perks such as Thrilling Tremors, I am All Ears and Surge, all of which could otherwise be decent perks (Surge could use a few changes aside from removing the cooldown but the cooldown is the main problem).
