Is anyone able to consistently use the Demon Dash attack?

I've been practising Oni all day and I only hit survivors who ran in a straight line lmao.
Is it that easy to dodge the attack or am I doing bad?
The turn feels soooooooooooo slow. Even if I predict where the survivor is, he actually manages to get out of range before the attack lands.
Idk guys. He was so good before, and now I feel useless. I always have to stop the demon dash just to down them with a m1.

Like you say, unless they're running in a straight line you just have to stop your dash and M1 them now because of the flick nerf. Very lame imo.
