Nurse is slowly coming back from the dead.
I've seen a raise of nurses for quite some times. Are killers finally understanding that she's top tier or it is purely luck. Feels good to see her back again, Spirit is slowly coming back too haven't her too much since the nerfs.

Regarding Nurse: At least on PC the Dedicated Servers are better. Before the Servers were the biggest Nerf to her, but she seems to be working on Dedicated Servers now.

She’s still terrible on dedicated. In fact, there is a new bug that prevents you from using any blinks until you recharge both of them.

I think not. She's awful to play lmao. Boring to wait for 2 cooldowns. I'd rather have even had to stare at the ground 1-2 seconds more.

That was last patch too - edit nvm: haven’t seen that but there’s been a bug where you try to use the second blink and zero response.
Yeah she’s still strong lol... still the killer that has the best potential to clutch dire situations.

Nurse just needs actual good addons, and the removal of the blink recharges. Her ultra rare addons are some of the worst in the game. Imagine running the 3 blink nurse on a map like the game, Hawkins, lerys, and so forth.
However, I never want to see a 3 or more blink nurse in this game cause damn that was awful.

People know she is still strong. The main thing that makes people stay away from her is the double cooldown. That 3.5 sec cooldown is NOT FUN AT ALL

Nurse is still one of the best killers in the game.
Except on large maps( in which generators are completed faster than you blink in between them, thanks to the cooldown on a cooldown)
And on indoor maps (in which you are stuck in a cycle of having to spend several blink rotations catching up and then hoping that you hit a blind blink because the cooldown makes so that by the time you have your second charge, the survivor could have turned around 17 different corners and you are in a situation where you either hit a blind blink or repeat the cycle until you do)
But being weak is not why people stopped playing Nurse, it is because the cooldown is utterly obnoxious, they literally put a cooldown on a cooldown, which is blatant bad design, now every exhaustion perk completely resets and denies any distance you gained on the survivor, resetting the entire chase.
It is simply not fun staring at survivors from afar when you are moving at the pace of a snail while waiting for your second charge, it just artificially limits how quickly you can end a chase, now it takes 2-3-4 blink cycles to catch up to a survivor outside of blink range, that is at least 12-18-24 seconds of slowly blinking, waiting for fatigue, and then waiting again for the cooldown and repeating, it is not exactly thrilling gameplay.

I'll throw my voice in here: I would be playing Nurse if not for the rework. Post rework I can still 4k with her but I have way less fun than I'd have playing...anyone that isn't also Clown or Leatherface. She's extremely unfun to play now, so I'll pass on that. It's a hollow victory if I 4k but feel like I just took an exam...I've been out of college for years now, no more tests pls.

I wish I saw her more. I play on Xbox and I haven't seen her in about a month. Though I imagine it's hard using her on Xbox

People like you generalizing and unable to comprehend what was said.
I play way less dbd for the time being, didn't see an increase of nurse when I play survivor. I gave up with the waiting times, there are too many games atm which one can actually play and provide entertainment.

dunno where you playing at but i never see nurses. and spirit is not played because of the sound bugs, thats what im guessing at least.

I tried her and I wanted to uninstall the game afterwards. That double cooldown and no vision is a nightmare. But me being stubborn, I stuck with her, dumped a million bloodpoints in and started using add ons and researching strategy. The cooldown is still obnoxious, tracking people through corn is a nightmare, and hawkins is practically impossible, but she is my new favorite killer.
Something about being able to shut down pallet loops and force the survivor to juke and mindgame makes her very enjoyable.

thats what everyone was telling the devs and so called survivor mains what will happen if you nerf all the viable killers for no reason: no af queue times for survivors. now you got what you wanted, have fun sitting there, be proud and wait for a boring match.

I said this for weeks if not months by now.
That my (or our cause swf) waiting times get longer, i gave feedback and reasons against the changes, was yelled at and made fun of. Feels actually good to see that other people now feel it as well.

Because of skill/reward ratio i guess..
You need to invest a very good amount of time to be a good nurse to do well and be stronger than other killers.
And playing nurse now is frustrating and unfun, which keeps people away from learning her

Why doesn't anyone play spirit anymore? She is probably the best killer in the game right now, I have only seen her twice since her nerf.
