Why didn't demogorgon get a holiday sweater too?
If Steve and Nancy got one, why didn't they think of making one for demogorgon?

Even just replacing the chains he is wrapped in with Christmas lights or tinsel would be amazing. Add in a mistletoe and he'd be perfectly adorable.

I'm really interested to see, if any, what cosmetics he'll get in the future. I know the options are very limited though, maybe some pulsating boils on his skin or something like that.
I only Prestiged 1 the Demo as I like seeing the veiny hands when playing.

Not really sure that it's a question of the "marketing team being good enough" per se lol. It's a licensed character, and just like with all the other licensed characters it's relatively rare for them to get cosmetics at all
