Bad Survivor Stereotype

So this post is just for a bit of fun, for those who play solo survivor. Everyone associates a specific survivor that you look at them and you have a feeling that is random is going to be bad even before the start of the game.

For me these are the survivors I associate with bad randoms:

David: The majority of David's that are in my matches play really dumb, I just run around the map aimlessly, and don't know how to use dead hard properly.

Bill: With Bill's I'm not sure if they are bad, or if they are trolling and as they thought it would be funny to troll their fellow survivors with old man Bill.

Adam: Most Adam's I've run into have been useless and non productive, in most cases they just farm their team mates for deliverance.

Claudette: Claudette is my secondary main after Jake, Claudettes' are either really good or are immersive Blendettes that don't do anything productive for the team (Doing Gens, you?).

Meg: One of the best survivors I've played with and the person that taught me how to play the DBD is a Meg main. But most Meg's I've seen just play dumb.

Elvis Hair Nea's (Nea with the close cut hair cosmetic): Nea's are like Claudettes', they are either really good or immersive unproductive players equipped with urban evasion. Elvis Hair Nea's are often the latter, and quite often a rank 20 survivor that someone brought into a red rank game.

I dislike Elvis Hair's Nea so much that as a survivor I will leave the lobby if I see an Elvis Hair Nea or try to sandbag them. As Killer I will go out my way to find them first and facecamp them.

Yui: While she's a new survivor most people I've seen play as her have been boosted, with terrible decision making skills.

Comment below which survivor makes you think "oh god I'm going to have bad team mates this round".

Everytime I see a lobby full of Claudettes and David I just know its going to be a guaranteed loss as a solo.

Its not really a "bad" stereotype ;never once had a Claudette that wasnt down within the first 30 seconds of a match except those in a swf group.

I don’t have a particular stereotype but when I’m in the lower ranks 12 and below..I often see survivors and think how did you actually get to this rank!?! some of the decisions people make.. if I had to pick though it would be David

I’ve had the worst experiences with Meg, actually. Mostly because they seem to be the fastest to ragequit when things aren’t going their way. Obviously not every Meg is like this but I’m always a little hesitant to ready up when I see more than one in the lobby with me.

Yesterday I had two games in a row where I was chased by the killer for over ten minutes, yet there was still four or three gens left when the killer downed me. Whilst I was being face camped on the hook I still saw the Claudettes crouching around the map. This was at red ranks.

Wondering how people got to their ranks happens at all levels, for both survivor and killer. It normally happens when a survivor is carried by SWF and for killer they get boosted by NOED.

Meg is never good. Adam you rarely see but the ones I've played with are homies. Ash players are meming potatoes. Claudette is a mixed bag. Feng is selfish but at least she won't let you die early.

Ash players are usually dumb as rocks from my experience (no offense to any Ash mains). They seem to be throw pallets immediately, rage quit often, and botch hook saves. On the other hand some of the Ashs I've seen are actually godlike, so it's hard to really paint them all as being awful.

Bills make a lot of questionable plays, which kinda stinks since I like the character a lot.

Neas will generally point at your locker if you hopped in to avoid a potential chase if they saw you enter. Annoying.

Steve is a bro but always ends up dead.

David has no idea how to hide. Ever.

Meg tends to go down reliably after 30 seconds or so.

The others don't come to mind at the moment.
