question about a challenge

in the challenge "this is happening" I need to hit great skill checks with the perk "this is not happeniing".
my question is now, do i have to be in injured state and hit the great skill checks in order to get the achievement? or just hit great skill checks, while carrying the perk with me?

i suppose you have to hit them while injured so the perk can work

You don’t need to be injured, I tested this on our last this is not happening mission.
